Completely surreal experience. Daughter has a baby registry. Gifts arrive at her house. No way to tell who they're from, though when she registered, she was told she would be given that information on the receipt when she received the product. No dice. Each gift is anonymous. She phones customer service...is told, nope, telling you who gave you your gift is not a service we provide. "What else can we help you with today?"My wife orders a gift online from the registry. The registry didn't update after being purchased, so my wife, concerned that the gift won't be purchased multiple times, calls customer service. Nice gal there says she'll update manually and the site is indeed updated. And then a few hours later, it shows 2 purchased...my wife's purchase apparently showed up...in addition to the manual update...my wife phoned again to get that straightened out. But apparently that's a problem that cannot be fixed. They can manually add a purchase, but not take one away. Makes perfect sense. If you live in Wonderland.But whatever. Who cares if it says two or one purchased, really.Then we get notification the order is ready for pick up. Yay! An hour later the order is cancelled. Just like that. No reason. They just canceled the order.My wife was heading into Burlington anyway so decided to stop at the store and find out what was going on. She was told the item was out of stock. Though the website indicates the item IS in stock, only in Burlington. When the Mrs suggested, well, maybe they should update the website with the correct inventory numbers, the young lady she was speaking advised, rudely, we can't do that. There followed Interactions with nutty manager, faulty printers...confusion...i can't even finish this story...bottom line, do your baby registry at Am-azz'on. These clowns don't want your business.

We had a great experience with our baby registration at the burlington location! Manveer and Sara were wonderful and very helpful with all of our many questions. They had great and honest opinions.

I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Katie on my recent contact by phone. I was having a hard time trying to locate a product and it appeared on the website the Burlington store in Ontario had one of the items left. I called and Katie answered the phone. She was so helpful with me and so patient. She is a great employee and deserves to be applauded for her expertise and exceptional customer service. I was able to complete my order online and I’m now waiting for the arrival.

We had the best experience in this store today. Aubrey went above and beyond to help us with selecting a dollhouse for our daughters birthday. She was very friendly and made our trip so easy!

Had an amazing experience today. Jodie helped us out (first time parents). She was very patient, knowledgeable and showed us an array of products (stroller travel systems)We came in from Guelph and would have normally gone to the Kitchener location. Very glad we decided to come to Burlington. They have tons of floor models, and a great array of products. Will definitely be shopping here again!

Had a great experience here today after having the worst day! I won't get into detail cause then everyone may expect what happened to me today to happen to them and I dont want to over whelm the staff so ill leave you all guessing but I can say it was totally above and beyond!!
