A HUGE shoutout to Frank and Louise. I was roaming Mapleview Mall on August 29th when I went into Browns. I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in. I walked around, just looking. Picked up a few different shoes & sandals. Frank noticed and offered to help. Louise then came to help as Frank was on cash. I ended up buying two pairs of sandals which I love. I spent $265 however didn’t even think twice. I was happy. Fantastic service. Louise was super patient as I can be indecisive. Props to this store. I definitely will recommend them and will return.

My mom and I had an amazing experience at Browns today. We were looking for comfortable running shoes that I could wear to work as a nurse. The gentleman up front was super friendly and readily available to greet us and help us. Another woman got us the sizes we needed and made sure I was comfortable in the shoes. They were both so amazing I wish I would’ve gotten their names to give them a special thanks. Great service, will definitely be back! Update: I believe the name of the woman was Mariam as per the receipt, thanks Mariam!

Last November, I had gone into browns VERY pregnant on the hunt for a pair of flats to wear to my baby shower. I didn't think I'd find anything with it being November. I didn't catch the gentleman's name, but I know he has 4 children himself, helped me fond the perfect shoe. I had concerns about the colour matching the dress. He had me show him a photo, and found a purse in the store the same colour to show me it would work.Fast-forward to last week I was back in and had a young woman help me find the perfect heel for the outfit I'll wear to my son's baptism. She had my try on different shoes to find the perfect fit.Then again I was in, this time with my fiancè, to find shoes for him to wear to the baptism. The gentleman who helped me in November helped him and again is was a phenomenal experience. He remembered me and we were able to chat.The staff at Browns remember their customers and always make the shopping experience quick, easy, and comfortable.
