“Very kind owner and lovely selection. Thank you for your recommendation; the steak tartare I made for dinner with your beef was super yummy 🥩 It is a blessing that such a place where quality control of this level exists in this age.”

“Can’t believe Boffos has been in my backyard this whole time and I’m only just discovering it now. Went in for sausages and left wondering why I hadn’t stepped in sooner.
The food selection is amazing, but honestly the best part was the experience itself. Had such a lovely conversation with the owner and it was just really refreshing connecting with someone who truly understands Oakville and the community vibe here. The whole place feels warm, welcoming, and genuinely local in the best way.
Safe to say I’ll absolutely be back for more sausages soon!”
“Clean enough looking place. Employees are polite and helpful. Can't get much fresher. Any questions you have the employees are very knowledgeable and as accommodating as they can be.”
“We have been getting our meat here for a few years now.
Lori is amazing with her witty charm! Infact ALL the staff here are great!
The meat is always fresh, with amazing flavor.
Need advice on a cut? This is the place to go! We like the fact they will cut to our preference!
And knowing where your meat comes from and the fact it's locally raised with NO antibiotics or steroids is even better!
Keep up the Great Work VG!”
“Mixed sandwich, schnitzel on a bun, pepperettes, mini Hungarian sausage, Any style of bacon they make, hot breakfast items, breakfast pizza is a must try if they make it, it's basically impossible to go wrong at Springer's. You will see many of the city's workforce grabbing lunch here. Busy around lunch for the legendary schnitzel on a bun.”

“Me and my Husband recently shifted in this locality and found this market. It has good meat and almost everything we wanted. It is really convenient and will recommend everyone to visit this store.”

“The best butcher in town! The sausages in particular are incredible. We’ve tried so many different kinds and have never been disappointed. Love that they rotate what they make so you can try new things. Blueberry Maple to die for!”
