Great experience. The store was fairly busy for only one employee to be working at that time, she was very tentative to all the customers in the store and apologized for the wait. Great customer service skills

If you do order store pick up and can't pick up. You will not receiver your refund for up to 30 days. That is ridiculous. I even tried to refuse it. For that reason I wouldn't ever shop here again.

Their manager displayed extremely rude behavior. I attempted to return a pair of shoes, but they declined my request. What made the situation even worse was the manager's reaction and treatment towards me. Without my consent, she stamped "final sale" on the receipt, despite the fact that I had another purchase pending delivery. This unauthorized modification of my receipt was entirely inappropriate, as the return had not been processed.The manager's attitude was unprofessional and included racism behavior. I strongly discourage shopping at this branch, as they do not seem to value their customers in the slightest.

I was in the store waiting while my wife was looking at their shoes, and then suddenly got shocked by the way the two staff girls behaved another customer. The customer was a lady who wanted to return the shoes she had bought. The staff girls, instead of just simply letting her know why they cannot accept the return, became extremely rude and offensive. One of them grabbed the receipt out of the lady’s hand and treated her in a very disgusting way in front of the other customers. I was disgusted by the two working girls, left the store with my wife and decided not to get back there ever again. I have no idea why the owner would hire such unprofessional staff.

Worst customer service ever. The manager is super rude and when I request a valid return she tried to find a flaw and had extremely annoying behaviour. She literally yelled at me in front of all other customers. She is the reason my family and friends stopped purchasing from the store, while we all love the products.

I’m super disappointed by the horrible customer service over there at the Mapleview location! The manager and the staff are extremely unprofessional and rude, and I can tell they are racist and make obvious discrimination. Definitely wont go there again and will make sure no one I know would go through the same experience that I had there!

Horrible experience there. Walked in , started to try on shoes then asked one of the 3 staff who were standing behind counter if I could grab another size. They advised me that the size I need is the size on display and when I tried them on I noticed the show that was on display was tarnished and you could see 2 different colors. When mentioning this to staff and stateing I would buy this but not for that price when it’s two different colors, the staff looked at the shoe and said yah I don’t know. They didn’t seem like they wanted to help or caredSo I left.

Went in to buy some dressier summer sandals. 2 younger girls working didn’t even acknowledge me when I walked it nor did they offer to help. I stood waiting to get sizes for a while as they talked amongst themselves around the store and stood behind the counter. They didn’t seem knowledgeable about the products nor were they interested in giving me recommendations or try to help me find anything. I ended up buying a purse on that I found and the girl who cashed me out barely spoke a word to me. All around the experience was poor and I won’t be shopping in store, online is the way to go. Highly suggest a refresh on product knowledge and customer service.

Had to buy shoes last minute for a formal event due to a broken heel. On a Black Friday weekend. I had already been to 4 stores. Things were not looking good.I’ll try Spring, I thought. I’d shopped in Mississauga in the past, and they never let me down.I find a pair that is exactly what I need, but it’s the last pair, and they’re a size up. They were a touch too big, but enter Justin to just save my sanity. I worked retail for years so trust me when I say, the service from Justin was PHENOMENAL. Not only was I shown options to help with my comfort, but I was treated with genuine kindness.Thank you Justin for your kind and supportive assistance during an incredibly busy weekend, and to Kaitlin for your warmth and cheer. I don’t remember the last time I had such a pleasant retail experience during the holidays, and you both deserve major kudos for being so nice under pressure. You will undoubtedly save many holiday parties this season with your fantastic service!
