It was my first visit in a long time at any Canadian tire, I needed windshield wipers, a turn signal bulb and paint for my bumper (which is a different colour than the rest of my car)I ended up getting the wrong bulbs, and later realized that I had purchased a package with only a single windshield wiper in it .They had no issues with Me returning everything, and helped me to purchase the proper products at a much better price.Amazing customer service, I will definitely be back!

I dealt with Cristian, Helen and Kathy. Great customer service as I had brought an faulty item. I returned it after 90 days as per their return policy. They exchanged it for another item as they could not refund my purchase. I exchanged / refunded my old item for orchids! It was getting close to Valentine’s Day anyway! My Mrs’ was surprised… thanks Canadian tire.

I am delighted to share my outstanding experience with the Canadian Tire Auto Service, specifically highlighting the exceptional service provided by Mark, also known as Marko. Marko truly embodies expertise, knowledge, and reliability as an automotive mechanic. His keen eye and thorough inspection uncovered additional issues with my SUV that had gone unnoticed before. Marko's dedication and proficiency undoubtedly warrant a well-deserved 5-star rating. He is undoubtedly a hidden gem within the Canadian Tire team at this location.

TERRIBLE service. Please take your business to a different branch or elsewhere. I visited them to get my rear brakes replaced as they were running pretty thin. Jeff, the floor manager whom I’ve had a terrible experience with, provided me a price for the service and never provided me an itemized quote despite me asking for it multiple times. Upon receiving my vehicle, I realized that I was charged with 3.5 hrs of labour for a job that only took 2 hours. Aside from that, it was only to replace the rear brakes which really shouldn’t take that long. After complaining about that, Jeff and his associate proceeded to call me a liar and refused to reduce the labour hours to the time it took them to complete the job. Overall, terrible experience at Canadian Tire on Appleby Line - wouldn’t recommend. Just as a reminder for anyone going to service their vehicle at this location, be sure to ask for an itemized quote as they over charge you with quote on quote “industry standard” items that are redundant.

Canadian tire Appley line location staff are always friendly and very helpful. If I can't find something, a staff member will take me to the product most of the time or tell me exactly how to find it. I have been shopping here for 24 years and I have never had a bad experience in this store.

I want to start out that I'm a big fan of Canadian Tire as a rule.On numerous occasions my family has decided to stop going to this store. I was in the store a few weeks ago to buy a laundry basket and some other stuff. When I went to the cash, cash 1 and 2 had their lights on but there was only a cashier at cash 2. Seeing the line up I looked over to customer service and saw it didn't have any customers so I went there to make my purchase. A bit after I arrived at the counter a staff member from automotive came over to ask question. The customer service cashier said she'd help the staff member first because "it's quicker". She didn't ask me if that was ok or not and the guy from automotive said to deal with me first instead of himself. She continues to help him for a couple of minutes and I said forget I don't need these items anymore. The cashier then said she could help me and I said don't worry about it, this store has terrible customer service. This is not the first time I've had bad customer service at the cash at this store. At one time the staff at the customer service desk were having a personal conversation while the other lineups were long. For what it's worth a staff member told me one of the customer service members at the time was the owners daughter. I don't know if it's true or if the owner has a daughter but the owner can deal with that as they wish.My other customer service experience with this store has happened many times but it is improving. I (and my family members) used to find we could never find staff on the floor (years before the huge staffing shortages retailers have now). When you did they half did their jobs. That is greatly improved.I live in the country south of Milton so this store is the closet to us. We will go to Milton instead to avoid the longer drive. In the cashier case above I was already running errands in Burlington so decided to pop in.I didn't give 1 star because it's still a cdn tire. I'd give 4 to other stores. Thanks for reading thisDave
