I bought three motorized roller blinds from Covers in Burlington. Kari was the customer service rep. It was all very easy and the blinds arrived faster than I thought (less than a week). Installing them myself was very straightforward. Would show a video but cant find a format that is accepted.

Covers has a large selection of curtains. We are very happy with the curtains we got for the bedroom window. Service at Covers was great, and their installation process was quick. No complaints!

We purchased a motorized blind for our patio door a year ago and it has been beautiful and worked perfectly from day 1. Yesterday, we had a problem with it and it was stuck as we had rolled it up too high (our mistake). Vanessa at Covers was quick to respond after I called her on the phone and today we were able to fix the problem ourselves and it works perfectly again. Will highly recommend Covers Burlington to all my friends.

The quality of the service has degraded over the years. I have been buying blinds at Covers for 20 years. They reduced their hours to 10 to 5 or so, five days a week and sometimes, they just close early on a Friday without notice (not on the website, no message on the answering machine, etc); I know because I banged my head on the door at 2pm on a Friday when i took off from work early to go to the store. Not good… They are closed nights and weekends as well so getting there is a bit of an ordeal for regular working people. The staff was not super friendly either when I was able to make it to order my blinds. Installation and measuring was slow; I had to follow up for both. Finally they want payment up front of the entire balance, prior to booking the installation. They did not advise in advance; they simply stated that it is on the invoice (which they hand over after you pay for the order). Kind of ridiculous business practice if you ask me; I want to pay AFTER the work is completed. They did not use to operate that way. After all this, the blinds look good and seem to work well so all that ends well. I would probably not return however. There is a lot of competition out there in the blind business, where much better service can be obtained.

Loving my new window coverings in my home office. Covers Canada Burlington were so helpful in helping me make the perfect choice. Excellent customer service, great selection, quality product.I’m very pleased that I chose them todo the measuring and installation. The installer was very professionally and did the job all while I was working in the same room. Thanks for the great experience. I will definitely go back when I do my living room windows!

We had a good experience purchasing a motorised roller blind for our bedroom. The fabric sample selection was extensive, and we found one that works really well with our decor. Although the delivery and installation was slightly delayed, we were kept well informed at every point in the process. We're really happy with the blind - it looks exactly as we hoped it would, and works perfectly.

We just had Maxxmar Betterfit Roller Shades installed in our kitchen as we recently renovated. They are perfect as they are attached directly to the door and do not flap around when the door is opened and closed. Vanessa was very helpful and we are very happy.

Very helpful, explained the difference in the various blinds and shades so I could make the best decision. The installer was quick and efficient and explained everything before he left. The store answered my questions right away, which is much appreciated. I love the new look and will most definitely go to this store next time. Many thanks Vanessa and Matthew!

We were looking for shutters and were admiring the shutters at a friend’s house. They said they were installed by Covers in Burlington and they were extremely pleased with the product and service. They told us to make sure we talk to Kari at the Covers on Appleby Line.From the moment we walked into the store and spoke to Kari we knew we were in good hands. She was very knowledgeable and and helpful in determining the right shutters for us. Kari was very prompt in sending us a quote and in returning emails and phone calls when we had further questions. She also kept us informed as to the status of our order along the way and their installation scheduler and team were just as prompt in communicating with us. We love our new shutters and how they make our windows look from inside and outside, and we have had several compliments on them in the short time that they’ve been up.We would definitely recommend Kari and her team at Covers in Burlington.

I had a great experience ordering Eclipse shutters from Kari at Cover Canada in Burlington. She made the process really smooth and easy, sending over quotes quickly and sharing all options/possibilities. When someone came to measure the windows for confirmation, he was extremely friendly and efficient. The installer was also fantastic and did an amazing job. He was friendly, respectful, and took his time to ensure they were installed properly. He then took the time to explain how to open them, clean them, and everything else about the shutters. We are extremely happy with the shutters and our experience with Covers Canada Burlington. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for excellent service and knowledge this is the place! Kari made the whole experience such a pleasure and was so helpful. Our blinds and drapes look fabulous and the installation was done by Steven, who equally was a pleasure to work with. The blinds were delivered within the time frame quoted. I would definitely use Covers, Burlington again.

We used Covers Burlington after another custom drapery place in Hamilton didn't reply to our inquiry. We are very happy with the beautiful black-out curtains that Vanessa helped us choose for our bedroom. The exact dimensions were tricky to determine due to a sloped ceiling in the room, but she was diligent in making sure they were perfect - and they are! With the light blacked out, we are sleeping alot better now too :)

The girl simply refused to give a quote. Not sure why I was discriminated: because she did not like my measurements in meters, which is the official metric system in Canada, or because I did not park my Porsche in front of their glass door. In furniture stores it works like a charm. BTW, the stink inside was really unbearable.
