Dollar Stores
“Lotsa material … great variety. However, nothing is really for a dollar … prices ranges are $2+ to $7+ on average.Location of this store also needs updated on Google Maps.”
“Concession Dollarama is great. They still have cashiers working at this location which is nice. Lots of selection. The store is clean. Lots of parking in the back.”
“The staff was easy to work with and attentive. Beautiful job, and nice service. Lots of helium balloon options to pick from. The birthday girl loved the decor and balloon arrangement. Definitely recommend!”
“Pretty decent Dollarama overall. The store is clean, spacious, and well organized, which makes browsing easy. Lots of stock on the shelves with a good variety of items, so you don’t feel like everything is picked over. Staff were pleasant, and checkout was quick. Definitely one of the better locations — convenient, tidy, and reliable when you need everyday essentials.”
“Great location. Always reasonably tidy and clean. Pricing is mostly always present in the form of stickers and/or shelf labels. Great selection of merchandise. One star off because a lot of their made for Dollarama food items are loaded with chemicals and colours. Also if you compare things like sodium on a bag of chips from a grocery store, then buy the same snack sized version from dollarama, it has a way higher content. I don't understand the reasoning behind that. They've either researched that their customers repeat buy for a saltier hit, or they're trying to kill off people who eat food from Dollarama. Either way, I stick to organizational items, books and gift wrapping supplies.”
“I usually don't leave a review!Amazing store.!Great great customer service!Helpfull staff!Feel like home in Yukon!Very kind staff!Nice place and great price!?”
“People complaining about their being a line for checkout mustve never been shopping before self checkouts, waiting a couple minutes in line (i have never waited more than 5min in line, even when its full of kids) is completely normal. My only complaint is the highschool nearby means this place is almost always full of rowdy teens, who throw shit, play with any toy not in a box, and completely block aisles. They do not have enough staff to keep someone constantly watching them and the store running”
“I’ve had a great experience shopping at Dollar Tree. The quality of the products is decent, especially considering the affordable prices. The staff is always friendly and ready to help, which makes the shopping experience even better. It’s a convenient place to grab essentials without breaking the bank. Definitely worth a visit!”
“I went to Dollarama, and it was a really cool shopping experience. From the moment I arrived, I noticed how thoughtful the design of the store was. It had automatic doors and wheelchair-accessible buttons that make it easy for everyone to enter. The shopping carts were unique too—they have long pins on them, which makes it so much easier to spot your family or friends while moving around the store.
While shopping, I saw some staff restocking shelves, but they were very polite and always moved out of the way if someone was passing by. They created a welcoming atmosphere and made shopping smooth and comfortable.
At the checkout area, they offer both automatic self-checkouts and staffed cash registers, giving you the choice of a fast self-service option or getting help from a cashier. Overall, Dollarama is not just convenient but also very customer-friendly, with small details that make a big difference.”
“I save tons of money
I think I seen items for $12 and I have the dollar store only five dollars. It’s a seven dollar savings why go anywhere else?”
“This store has a lot of selection of items to choose to buy. Most of their items are under $2.00. They do sell bread, soup, cookies, beverages, stationary, socks, hats, makeup, containers, cards, house hold products, etc. They put Halloween and Christmas products out before October 31st and December 25th on the shelves. To get customers to buy early.
The staff that served me through check out counters were very nice and pleasant. They ask if I want bags to carry my merchandise. I usually say yes. They do charge 35 cents a bag.
They do accept cash, debit and credit.
They do have shopping carts and baskets. They don't allow us to take it outside to unload our merchandise into our vehicles.
They do have Wheelchair Accessible Entrance and Parking Lots. They share with other stores, restaurants, Walmart, Princess Auto and etc. There is a Sandman Hotel with Dennys on the left and Moxie Bar and Grill Restaurant on the right side.
They're not far from the QEW highway and on Centennial Road they have Gas Stations, Home Depot, Fortinos, East Gate Mall, TimHortons, Fast Food places and etc..”
“Went here and got the best service from Owen. I highly recommend going here an especially asking for Owen. Only thing Is that I don’t know if he wears socks as it’s a little stinky around him.”
“Always some bargains to be found at the dollar store .... Which should changes it's name to the 5 dollar store !The store is neat, clean and well organized...with polite staff ...Check it outOver and out”
“The lady that works at cash most of the time and has glasses and dark hair with a ponytail. She is the absolute sweetest she makes going to the dollarama a wonderful Experience. She actually provides a customer service which is usually not provided at a Dollarama. So welcoming! Absolutely love her. I’m going to find out her name and update this review..”
