“Went with my toddler today and I had a box and bag of stuff and a bunch of balloons and Cheryl (I think her name was) asked if I wanted to bring my car over to load all my stuff so I didn't have to try and carry it all out myself with my 3 yr old.
And when I came over with my van, Cheryl was outside waiting with the cart of my stuff so i could just load my stuff in without taking my daughter out again.

“Dollarama in Waterdown is a great store and one I end up going back to often. They usually have exactly what I need, whether it is household items, cleaning supplies, seasonal products, snacks, or little everyday basics. The store is easy to shop, the selection is surprisingly good, and I can usually get in and out quickly without any trouble.
I also like that it is a Canadian company, which makes shopping there feel even better. The prices are reasonable, and it is one of those places where you can still find good value without feeling like you are overpaying for simple things. Overall, this location has been reliable, well stocked, and very convenient. Definitely a useful store to have in Waterdown.”

“People complaining about their being a line for checkout mustve never been shopping before self checkouts, waiting a couple minutes in line (i have never waited more than 5min in line, even when its full of kids) is completely normal. My only complaint is the highschool nearby means this place is almost always full of rowdy teens, who throw shit, play with any toy not in a box, and completely block aisles. They do not have enough staff to keep someone constantly watching them and the store running”
“I just want to give a shout out to Natasha who was so helpful and she knew how to answer my questions with my exchange and because of my mobility challenges yesterday she helped take everything to my car and was extremely kind.

“I was at Dollar Tree last night with my daughter looking for a skipping rope, and an associate named Owen gave us such amazing customer service. He stopped what he was doing, personally walked us to the product, and later helped us at cash with such a warm and friendly attitude.
I work in retail myself, and I can honestly say I would hire Owen in a heartbeat. Customer service like this is rare these days. Great job, Owen — I hope you are working on our next visit! Great job”

“Great location huge inventory but they have a hard time making sure their inventory is in good condition bought a can of soda or pop a few months ago before I left the store saw that it had rust on the top .They explained that condensation causes the rusting on the cans on bottom shelves in the fridge Came back January 20026 to buy wet wipes opened the container the wet wipes were dried up went back in and got a replacement pack .Pricing is great”
