Great fur baby shop in a downtown location. Michelle is always so happy and full of great information when I'm trying new things for my girl. The store has great quality products without the dizzying amounts of items you find at the big box stores. Love the shop, love the location and my girl loves all the amazing treats Michelle recommends.

I spoke with Michelle, the owner and she was very knowledgeable about the different kinds of dog food for my picky puppy,I thank you for the recommendation and will be back to see you again. One of the best shops for pets around.

This shop has perfectly selected items for your fur babies! Michelle (the owner) really did her research to make sure she has only the best products for your pets. Michelle is very knowledgeable about everything she has chosen to supply in the store, and I love that she supports local as well. She is super friendly and helpful and you can tell she genuinely cares about getting you the right things for your pet. The shop itself is adorable and always feels so welcoming. My dog loves going there because she gets to pick some treats and also gets lots of love and belly rubs from the owner!

Wow, what a cute and beautiful little shop downtown Burlington.Michelle the owner is amazing!Extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Downtown Pet Shop has a such a great selection of treats, food, bones, supplements, herbals, toys, and everything you could possibly need for your cat or dog. Healthy options you feel good about giving ?❤️ ?I will definitely be going back!

Incredible pet shop! Obsessed with the kitty options such as Carna4, Kin+kind ear oil and treats by the honest kitchen.Over all beautiful shop. The owner Michelle is such a kind soul and truly has a ton of knowledge to share. Hopefully on your visit in you’ll meet her own pets who are equally as kind!My cat is definitely going to be getting lots of goodies from here.
