Janelle (Staff) from this location was very pleasant to work with; however, the quality and customer service from EQ3 headquarters is just horrible. I spend over $10,000 on a Cello Plush sectional only for it took look like a 10-year-old second hand sectional only days later. I reached out to customer service to let them know and they were completely dismissive. They told me that the couch just has a "relaxed look" and I need to take each individual cushion out of the casing and fluff it out every time I sit on it if I would like it to look presentable. I have had Ikea couches that have better quality than this thing. So disappointing for something that costs so much, especially in this economy.

Online today from Calgary with Samantha at the Burlington store. I needed spec sheets for an item and she quickly located and sent to me. Samantha was a real human, not an AI or Chatbot. Let me tell you as someone who works online for the past 3 years how absolutely refreshing and efficient she was. Thank you Samantha

One of our favourite furniture stores in the GTA. Great furniture, accessories and lighting. Our Advisor Avalon always goes above and beyond helping us choose the best pieces to stage our Listings and she has helped our clients on numerous occasions furnish their homes. We would strongly recommend EQ3 to all of our family, friends and clients.

We love going to the store and referring many of our clients to our trade rep Avalon. She is always super friendly, helpful and very knowledgable in the field of design and aesthetics. We met Avalon at her trade-only Open House event where she did a fantastic job hosting us and making us and our clients feel very comfortable. We are always excited to find out any new collections that are coming up. Big thank you to Avalon and all of the great staff at EQ3 for making us feel at home ❤️

Bought a dinning set. The worst furniture I ever used. The paint is easily scratched by mugs. I came to the store complaining. They just gave me a pen to fix. This store should just close

As a local Interior Design Firm we are always looking for amazing service and incredible quality when it comes to furniture for our clients. We've been working with Avalon at the Burlington EQ3 location for a few years now and she continues to impress us (and our clients). Weve just completed a couch purchase at the EQ3 store in Burlington and couldnt be happier with the experience. We needed a bit of hand holding and it took us some time to make decisions and weigh options, but the staff there was excellent, friendly, and proactive. I'd like to single out Allison Sitlani for her patience and support. We will recommend others as well as return ourselves. We own other EQ3 products and they are all to our expectations or beyond.

As an interior designer, I work with a ton of suppliers. I love working with Avalon at EQ3. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and the biggest sweetheart. She makes sure I have the most accurate information on production timelines and availability. Every time I bring a client in, she’ll have a full tray of samples ready to go for me based on my client brief, and if clients visit the showroom again without myself there, Avalon does an amazing job to remind them of what we looked at together and ensure they make informed decisions. I always look forward to the next project Avalon and I get to work together on!

I made an online order after a really great in store experience. Unfortunately, the customer service team that handles those orders is awful. I ordered a bed, they delivered the wrong size slats and parts so it can't be assembled. The customer service team has requested photos of the issue twice, called to thank me for the photos with no solution twice, and now agree they've sent the wrong parts, but even the Manager of Customer Service has no idea when they may be able to send the correct parts... despite how great the store staff was, this will be my last EQ3 experience.

Bought an absolutely beautiful couch here. Love the low style and multiple color options we had to choose from. I give the store and the furniture style / quality 5 stars but the customer service at this specific EQ3 1 star. We ordered a couch, was supposed to be ready in 8 weeks (perfect timing for our move in day). 4 days before the time the couch was supposed to be ready we received a phone call from the original girl who sold us the couch, saying the material we asked for is actually on back order and had been since 2 days before we originally placed the order….. very frustrating as we should have been notified about this right after placing the couch order … not 7.5 weeks after when we were just about to move in. We ended up speaking to the customer service team and they ended up being much more helpful than the sales girl at Burlington EQ3. However, we then had to pick another couch color as the company could not give us a time line for the original fabric of the couch we wanted and said it could be months. In the end we had to wait an additional 5 weeks for the couch to now be made and with a new fabric. Very frustrating experience. Total of 13 weeks waiting due to the sales girl not checking in on the status of our couch until after I had called multiple times asking for updates on it.
