Went to a quick pay at pump as I was in a rush and ended up having to prepay in store because the machine wouldn't take a card, like i was unable to insert it at all. It's just annoying.

October 6 at pump i was trying to pay 20$ to fill up but working inside mad person cancelled it and didn’t issue refund yet

Absolutely garbage. First, I am told there is no gas, then I am told it's working. Then I try my card,2 different credit cards, and PC points and it continues not to work. Screens are slow, it registers my PC points but doesnt get past introduction car wash, and then won't let me pump gas. No receipt, no way to verify if there's a problem. Anywhere but here.

If esso has 1% service minded they will never hire someone like the guy called Aakash, he is ruining the whole image of this company, walkers line and Dundas, never back again after being 10 yrs + loyal customer

I recently used the car wash service at the Esso Circle K and was thoroughly impressed. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and the entire process was smooth and efficient.
The car wash itself did an excellent job. My car came out spotless, with a streak-free finish and no missed spots. I appreciated the attention to detail, especially in the undercarriage wash and the wheel cleaning, which often get overlooked at other places.
The staff at the station were friendly and helpful. They quickly assisted me with selecting the best wash package for my needs and answered all my questions with a smile.
I also found the pricing to be very reasonable for the level of service provided. Overall, my experience at the Esso Circle K car wash was fantastic, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking to keep their vehicle clean and shiny. I'll definitely be returning regularly!

This is a one-star review for the car wash.I bought the “Budget” car wash which was $14.99. At that price, it should not leave your car still very dirty. See photos for reference.

Got a premium car wash .. car wash didn’t completed the full cycle and went inside told the guy … was reluctant to come outside to see my car .. he thought i was just making up… not other person to help single guy working and have to wait 30 min to get the service as he was serving the other customer… gross service and cheap people handling store on weekend by single person
