Absolutely the rudest, most condescending staff I have ever encountered. I have gone to this store a few times over the past several years and although I always received the same horrible service, I never wanted to leave a bad review, thinking it was probably just me who happened to encounter a staff member having an “off” day. However, after reading other reviews, I almost feel relieved knowing that others have also received the same terrible service. I will now happily take my business to Fabricland’s competition, where the employees know how to treat their customers. Shame on Fabricland — you would think the very least a customer-facing company would do is ensure their employees aren’t rude to customers.

A topsy turvy world where the ‘Karens’ are the employees, not the customers. In all seriousness though, several members of staff are very rude and demeaning. I really recommend hitting up a different store to avoid a really negative interpersonal experience. Crafting should be fun, not an opportunity for elitism.

A great selection of fabrics, good pricing - especially when there is a sale. Lot's of sewing notions and thread. The staff are quite helpful as well.

I have had many different experiences at this store over the years which have lead me to be somewhat scared to ask for any assistance. But today I was helped by two very friendly staff members who were knowledgeable and also very encouraging about my upcoming sewing project. This is so great for keeping people interested and confident in sewing. Thanks ladies!!

Got some automotive liner for my car the first lady that helped me get my first cut was so nice and made sure there was no creases but unfortunately I asked for a too small of a piece so I had to go back today. I should have went to the same lady because the other lady that helped me wanted to give me a slice with a crease in it and I asked for it not to be and she assured me that it would be fine. I should have know it would have messed with my lining. It takes a awhile to take that stuff apart, sand it and what not now I'm stuck having it put it on like this because I don't have the time to fix it right now let alone spend another 40$ on liner because the lady didn't wanna give me what I was paying for like common why argue with the customer give them what they want treat it as if it was your project....

Love, love this location especially the bonus side with all the wonderful home decor. It’s always decorated so nicely and it’s become one of my happy places to visit especially as winter drags on. I have quite a collection of cushion covers that I can change up when the mood strikes. Whoever does the buying, keep up the great work 👏👏
