The lady I spoke with earlier this morning was so extremely condescending and rude! Please avoid coming to deal with the lady with long straight black hair and annoying nasally voice. She is so difficult and absolutely ruined my day.

i had some issues that call enter couldnt sort properly, they guided me here....i was a bit nervous looking at the reviews though the staff that met me at reception was very friendly, heard me patiently, gave me a solution and i was out smiling (problem sorted/package accepted/status visible on system) in 5-10 minutes.

I am expecting my package from NYC USA since September 23.
I just checked online that I refused my package (!)??
Today my package couldn't be delivered (!) ???
What is going on with you guys?
Both days I was at home and no one from FedEx came to my front door!
I am unsatisfied with your service.

I would recommend that the employees check that all the necessary paperwork is attached before telling the customer that they can just drop their package and go… even after the customer asks them to confirm.
Additionally, having more than a LARGE box and a SMALL box available for purchase… then charging a customer for bubble wrap to fill in the oversized box… it’s not great customer service.
I’d chose literally any other FedEx shipping centre before going back to this one.

I had paid for a priority overnight shipment by international air. I was told there would be no problem receiving it the next day, turns out they were wrong. Shipment was held until Monday and now no one can tell me when it’s arriving so here I am waiting on a package for an urgent repair job that I had paid priority shipping for.

Terrible service, they aren’t willing to help, don’t have answers for questions and can’t be bothered to find out. Staff i doesn’t seem to be trained appropriately.

If there is one place where employees and the adminstration is inefficient, and lazy, it's this one. For some or the other reason, the employees/staff at this "amazing" FedEx facility are indifferent towards Asians and immigrants. And I guess it's easier for them to stick notes stating 'we missed you' rather than attempting to call or see if they can actually deliver the package. I am not sure how a multi-million dollar organisation with such an inefficient process, lazy staff, and terrible customer service is still in business. Oh also, they will literally shut the door on your face if you are few milli seconds late - talk about courtesy. It's so bad that it's funny. Poor customers.

Hector who picks up our parcels in store is very friendly and accommodating. He does a great job and even interacts positively with our customers while he is doing these pickups. Everyone appreciates him here and he is welcome in the store anytime.
