Hi Fido, I have been denied service at Fido location in Mapleview mall in Burlington today. I have been waiting for 20 mins. The sales person saw me waiting, but still attended an other customer. When I mentioned that I was waiting for 20 mins and I should be attended, the sales person rudely mentioned me to stand in the line like all other customers. I asked him to show me the line as there was no line. He then rudely asked me to get out of the store. I just can’t believe my ear being asked to get out instead of providing assistance. I feel I have been subject to prejudice for my appearance. I constantly felt disrespect and discrimination at Mapleview mall and Fido has just joined the list.. -5 is the rating for this location.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE FOR PLAN CHANGES (if complicated). The most incompetent people work here. I went in on Black Friday to get a deal, I have two numbers (a 613 and 416) completely possible to differentiate them, but it seemed impossible for the person I dealt with to differentiate between the two numbers and did the opposite. And since then it has been a back and forth to get this right (3 times now) and still I am not able to get them to understand a certain plan should be on one line vs the other. Due to this I lost out on a good plan which was only available on Black Friday and now I'm paying more because of this mess up.

Best customer I have ever received! Cole "the mustache guy" helped me out yesterday in picking up my new phone which I placed the order for online. It was an absolute seamless pickup and Cole was amazing!!!! From the moment I approached the desk, Cole welcomed me with a smile and a friendly hello and asked how he could help me! We made some jokes about snacks because hey, who doesn't like food! He was very friendly and knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend coming here! Thanks Cole for making my pickup a breeze! I will definitely be back!

So I got my Phone pay as you go plan updated 3 days ago guess where it is now. Not working called to day from a friends phone a little angry understandable 3 days for a month of calls cut down to 3 won’t lie angry but not ragging. I had the paperwork They emailed me asking they could correct the guy just laughed hanged up the phone. I am going to call again wish me luck cause the next one goes like last I’m filing a complaint with management

If I could give this place a zero star I would. As in standing in line waiting for another store to open, two elderly people approach Fido 10 min before 11am. The lady proceeds to say in a stand off-ish way, if you’re waiting for me I open at 11, then Continues scanning items. A minute later she then asks them to directly walk away from her….. 5 min before store opening she is obviously lolly gaging around. I understand they open at 11am but I thought working in customer service means delivering kind and caring service ? I understand we are in a pandemic and people are frustrated but there is no reason to be rude to people, especially when they’re elderly.

I was aware of the less-than positive reviews for this Fido store location so I was a little apprehensive going in. I spoke to a gentleman named "Owen". He was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, skilled -- and very patient given the fact that it took hours to transfer data from an older phone to the new phone and then set the new phone up (and deal with incoming customers!!). In short Owen was outstanding. If all the staff there are as talented and personable as Owen they're in very good hands.5 stars and 2 thumbs up for this experience.

Had Tyler the kiosk manager help me out in getting a new phone and plan. Absolute amazing customer service and knowledge of Fido’s plans offers and promotions. If you’re gonna go to Fido to to the Mapleview kiosk and ask for Tyler!
