Don't both shopping here if you have more than 20 items. All they have is self serve machines that yell at you to put your items on the 1 foot square and heaven help you if you have juggle and remove items to accommodate more items.

Store is clean, produce is fresh, wide selections, one of the most organized stores in town.

I lost my wallet there and one of the ladies found me on social media and had me return for my wallet. All the cash was still in my wallet and they would not accept a reward. Thank you for your honesty. I bought a meal and some warm gloves for a homeless guy while thinking about the team there that was honest and did good. Thank you all.

I was in a hurry today and it was easy to get all through the store for the items I needed. Aisles are wide, shelves well stocked, and cashiers were fast. I so appreciate the cashiers. Not everyone wants to deal with the machines!

Clean store, had everything we were looking for, and more! Also, the most friendly customer service I have received from a grocery store in a long time!

The cashier was rude, slow and miserable. Moments before I decided to check out, she was on the intercom complaining that something had fell and busted at the end of her till. She threw paper towels on the floor and left them there after using her feet to slide around on them "cleaning" the greasy floor. She gave me attitude when I ask for reusable tshirt bags and wanted me to get them myself. When I tried to grab the bags she put down in front of me she quickly snatched them up. After scanning all my items she started flicking and tossing everything towards me. She was the only cashier open and honestly I should have left all the groceries behind and went somewhere else. Cashier number 157. Also the front entrance smells like dead decaying animal.

This store always smells bad, like rotten milk. I have asked an employee and said "does it" I suggested walking out and then back in. Everyone walking in comments on the smell, it's very off putting.

Hands down the absolute worst produce you can find in Burlington. You'd be hard pressed to find strawberries, grapes, lettuce, cucumbers, etc. that aren't fuzzy, brown, or severely wilted. You're better off going hungry than buying any of their "food". The live-in animals seem to enjoy it though (small handful of birds and mice/rats.)

There is a very off-putting smell that one notices as soon as you enter the front door. Smells like there's a produce storage issue. About a month ago I spoke first with staff who said they had noticed it and then with the manager. I was told it would be looked into. A week later the smell was not as noticeable. But today, the smell was bad enough to make me cut short my shopping. I will not go back to the Fairview store.

This store definitely has a rodent problem. Every time I walk in this store, especially around the produce area, you can smell deceased rodents. Unfortunately I know this scent well as I used to work somewhere that also had pest control issues and it smelled exactly the same. ?

Walking in the front door there's a smell of something DEAD, likely a rat, rotting in a wall. Seems to be a recurring issue. It is a major turn off for shopping there. That said, it's inflationary prices are lower than say ...Fortinos

Decent prices, but don't buy bread here. They freeze everything, and sell it as "fresh". You end up with bread that has frost in the bag, and goes mouldy in a couple of days at best.

It's an ok place to buy groceries. There reward program is virtually non existent. So now that I think about it I'm going to down grade them to a three star. I think we all want something closer to no frills. I have about four hundred dollars in free food coming from them. At Food Basics I might get a coupon I can use occasionally.

Best prices on produce and snack items for families who go through food fast and don't need things to last. Haha. Cashier Staff here are so friendly also.
