Great deals on sport boots, ( see below). I go there once a week to check out their half price deal in my size. They also have a decent clearance rack that is packed on the weekdays.

I recently left the store today extremely upset! I went to Limeridge Mall to pick up a pair of men's slides. Limeridge unfortunately did not have the size that I needed. They were gracious to call this location to confirm they have the availability and the size. It was confirmed over the phone to place it on hold for pick up today. I called this store at 2:00 p.m. and receieved confirmation that they still had the shoe because I was coming from Paris. Went into the store only to be told they had sold it. Imagine doing all your effort only to have a "manager" Annalisa to say to your face oh well someone had already purchased it online. No remorse. No alternative resolution. No I am sorry. Very unprofessional and a waste of time.

I recently visited Foot Locker with my daughter and son to purchase Nike and Jordan shoes. Madam Genesis greeted us warmly and attentively listened to our needs. Thanks to her knowledge of the products and attention to detail, we were able to find the perfect shoes easily. Genesis's exceptional service and professionalism, along with her generosity, impressed us greatly. Her customer service skills are outstanding, and we strongly recommend her to anyone looking for assistance with shoe shopping. Never again.Don’t know if it was racial or she is built that way - but this “manager” made it a point to come and harass me every time I was trying on a shoe. “Can I take this back, can I take this back !! “. And not just today, every time i am in the store. As if I bring it out in her.She would offer suggestions that make you feel that she wants to get you out of the store, probably losing a potential sale in the process.I can’t say for others, but she definitely lost a customer for foreseeable future - me.If someone in management is reading this, do something about her. She is costing you customers.For other shoppers - good luck, I hope you don’t have to deal with her - and if you do - you have a better time than I did.

Worst customer service ever. Waited for 20 minutes trying to get the shoes in my size. When asking an employee for help, they make it very obvious about how annoyed they are to do it.

This is not a specific review about the particular outlet, but generally about footlocker brand. Online orders and returns are a pain, it is quite strange to find such operational model in this decade. Buy from Browns or Softmoc or Amazon :-D...Apparently all online orders cannot be returned at physical outlet, although wrong product was shipped. SMH..1 week later.. No news on return refund yet, looks like Footlocker is processing returns from last month. I doubt they are going under ..2 weeks later..No refund yet..Warehouse is getting too many returns, hence they are unable to process my return yet..3 weeks later..no news of returns.. not many options to get return other than waiting for your luck..Interesting to see such an operation in this decade.

Awesome guys with great patience good customer service although they accidentally forgot to remove the safety tag from one of my item can’t blame them I got in in the last minute still provided me with good service and they even apologized today for that best one I’ve been to good job and thank you Guys ✌?
