The staff at this store is beyond excellent. If I could give 10 stars for their customer service, I would. I had some quality issues with kids winter boots and Sameera was very kind, patient and helpful. I will definitely be returning to this store.

Extremely impressed by the quality of service at Geox in mapleview Mall. Bought shoes for our 5 year old in August. He completely destroyed them super worn, and the sides where the glue that attaches to the top of the shoe to the bottom started to separate. We went back to see if anything could be done as the shoes had been worn for the past 3 months, and Sameera, the store manager, without any hesitation, exchanged them for a new pair. That is world-class service. Thank you, Sameera and team Geox, in mapleview for your great customer service.

I went to the store to buy a shoes. Somehow, I was given the wrong size. Sameera, one of the employees over there went above and beyond delivering an exceptional customer service to correct the mistake the happened. She saved me a lot of time and delivered the correct shoes within my convenience. Extremely appreciative of what Sameera did. Thank you!

Terrible customer service. Everyone who works here has an attitude for whatever reason. Manager doesn’t seem phased about negative experience and poor customer service from someone on her team.Return policy on sale items is NOT communicated when purchasing, even cheap stores like Forever 21 will let you know you can’t return their $5 shirt so for a $70 pair of kids shoes ON SALE you’d think they would say something.Store credits are given on a receipt and expire lol because “system is always changing” so when they expire is a mystery…

Amazing customer service! Very friendly staff, who patiently and happily helped me with trying on at least 8 pairs before making a decision. They were knowledgeable and helpful, and I left the store with two beautiful pairs of shoes.

I always have a good experience at this Geox location. During my visit today, Akki was very helpful and assisted me with ordering a pair of work shoes. The customer service is excellent!

Costumer service at this geox location is beyond TERRIBLE!!!Every year I purchase Geox boots and for the 1st time ever, my son after wearing them 2-3 hours I was called by the school saying my son couldn’t walk with his boots and his foot was bleeding.This are new boots that I purchased 1 size up and my son is very skinny.I’ve purchased the boots at the end of September but because weather has been so hot only 3 weeks ago he wore his new boots for the 1st time.Next time I went to the mall, I stopped at this location (where I originally purchased the boots from), and asked if there was anything they could do.There were 2 ladies at the store and I was told for refund to contact customer service OR if I wanted to exchange for the exact same boots to bring them back to the store and she would write defective. 2 weeks later I went back to the store with the boots, box and receipt. The was the same lady there with a store manager that was EXTREMELY rude and refused the exchange because had passed the 30 days exchange window. The same lady who told me to bring the boots back was there and said I was LYING. So she changes her word and calls me a lair!Eventually they exchanged the boots who are defective with stitching inside but WOW what a terrible experience. Won’t ever go back to this location.Just unbelievable how they treat a costumer.I trust the brand and never had any defective shoes before, so I buy shoes for my kids early in every season.Instead of an apology for selling a defective shoe I get insulted???I don’t lie and have no reason too. Hope store owner checks the cameras for both times I was there.My husband is a lawyer and told me it’s not right how I was treated and he’ll take next steps to file store complaint

The Customer Service at this store is shockingly awful. I have no idea how they are still in business. I agree with the many other complaints on here about the Manager. It's a shame because the shoes are such great quality but it's not worth it. I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

I was searching for the perfect pair of shoes. Akki, a fantastic customer service rep at Geox (Mapleview Mall) ordered the shoes for me and they arrived in two days. I would highly recommend Akki and the team at the Mapleview location!

Awfull customer service! The store manager is rude and not willing to help! My brother ordered a pair of shoes from the online shop in the store and paid as per staff's advice. He got a wrong pair a couple of days after. He went back to the store and contacted the head office a few times (basically went back and force). A couple of months after he received communication from the head office that all was cleared and he could return the shoes. I went on behalf of him as he was out of reach but the store manager asked me to contact the head office yet another time without even trying to search for the email they supposedly get from the head office or seeing my proof. I told her that they should figure things out between them and head office but she not only was willing to help at all but called the mall's security on me to escort me out of her shop. All I wanted was some good customer service from a supposedly good brand like Geox. I got none. We pay higher prices and I believe we deserve that. Posting this hoping this is heard so all of us, customers, get the proper service we are paying for and deserve.

Keeping customers happy is something the store manager does not care about. After messing up my order and shipping a wrong pair of shoes, the store is not taking the responsibility to sort out this very internal issue with their shipping department nor refunding me. She rudely hung up the phone on me after 3 times visit to store to solve the issue.A $200 pair of shoes is not worth making your customers blood boiling. Such a degenerate "manager"!The shoes could have simply got back on the display and situation handed with a happy ending. This store "manager" certainly needs help.
