  I just wanted to clean my sides and back as I'm growing my hair but hair stylist was not sure what to do in this scenario.
  And on top of that every time I was trying to communicate to her about the style she was making weird expressions which shows like she didn't belongs to that place but she's just there.
  I spent almost 40$ for her just touching my head 😂

  They behave as if they are doing some favour on you. Dude, you are a business and a service provider, learn to behave like one. Especially a Latin lady, who is straight face rude as hell. Never returning.

  Just had a hair cut, the lady has finished my hair in 5 mins, not even look the paper of what size she just cut my hair what she like, did not even ask me what i like. When i ask for fade, she said I don’t know, I just visit that great clips bcz last two time they did great job, now i don’t know this new person ruin my special birthday special hair cut. Time of my hair cut is 5:20 pm on 14th of November. She was right behind customer service desk. If anyone is going there please be careful, don’t go to this lady, she doesn’t know anything about haircuts, she was wearing black coat.

  The lady didn’t even ask about what i want my beard to be and just shaved it completely off, she looked like she doesn’t know anything about what she is doing, never going again

  Overcharged (charged over $100) - for very basic blow out for long hair. She insisted on charging me for a “formal” despite telling her i just want my hair blow dried. The only good thing is that there were very few customers so we didn’t have to wait.

  I took my daughter's here for a haircut today and we are so thankful to Sue, she was great! my daughter showed her a picture of what she wanted, and this lady did an awesome job, not only that, but she has great customer service skills as well. Thank you, you boosted her confidence level so much today. We really appreciate it.

  For $5 it would be a slightly below average haircut, for $29.99 it's one of the worst haircuts I've ever had.
