That’s a really nice place to shop. Though my question is. The main elevator that takes you from the entrance hall to the showroom. Why is it that you can go up that one but you can’t go back down that one? Basically we can’t access that elevator from the showroom. But the elevator that takes you from the cafeteria to the market hall, you can go up and down that one but you can only go up the main one that’s from the entrance hall to the showroom? I’m just curious that’s all.

I am beyond frustrated with the lack of accountability regarding a $400 gift card refund.
I returned an item on Dec 20th and was promised my refund by Dec 21st. It is now Jan 8th, and I still have nothing

While the agents on the general customer service line have been very friendly, they are clearly limited in what they can do. They have repeatedly informed me that the Burlington store is responsible for issuing the card, and it seems whoever is in charge of that process at the store level is completely incapable of following through.
After 5 calls, I’ve been told a series of conflicting stories: first, that an e-gift card was sent, then that a physical card was mailed. I was even told general customer service 'couldn't find' the card and I had to drive to the Burlington store in person because they have no direct phone number. When I got there, no one could help me. I’ve been promised callbacks that never happen and told '3–5 days' more times than I can count.
I have zero faith that the latest promise of a digital reissue will happen. This is an unacceptable way to handle a customer's money.

Love this place and the great storage ideas. Prices are reasonable. Quality can be suspect on some items.
Got Ikea kitchen scrub brushes which do a good job. They now have long metal shoe horns and the plastic ones. They are must have.
Restaurnt is good too.

Not sure the rose pattern sheets we purchased was the best decision.
But the store was clean, staff was friendly and wasn’t as busy as I expected for a Monday.

Hi there,
I had just moved in Burlington in August. 20. I have visited IKEA couple of times. I was happy visiting the store. I too bought twice some stuffs from IKEA. Today when i went to return 2 products, I didn't have receipt so the lady has took 1 item return, for 2nd item she said Since its open i need at least bank transection, Since I had to move to Oakville on 2 days I requested to take it. So I try to open mobile app and found only 2 transection to IKEA, I came again to wait list and the same lady I happened to meet. I showed her my transection history and she started giving excuses that there's nothing shows about the amount. That means i lie, my bank transection is fake. I am really very very upset and disappointed. If I tell lie then different things but bank is lie?
I requested her many times but she didn't. I am not happy

You can get lost in this place, but what an experience. Amazing selection! We bought our kitchen here and they delivered it when promised, and everything was there! The displays are amazing! The staff who helped us design our kitchen were knowledgeable and friendly. Great prices! The cash and carry section is terrific, too. I will add photos once we're finished installing the kitchen. Hubby says that the engineering of the products is exceptional.
