I went with my mom the other day and had an amazing experience we don’t buy many things just a few produces for my nieces they had LEGO boxes at the store and they came in different sizes and even the food smelled delicious I tried the iconic Swedish meatballs (unfortunately there wasn’t halal beef meat ball options so I tried the veggie version) are they were out of this world. And on the side they served peas jam and my favourite mashed potatoes they all blended perfectly with the meatballs and each flavour was better then the next and I liked the idea of a glass cup that can be refillable with things that ARE NOT POP and the flavours were actually good and we also got some classics of desserts and when we left to get scanning our products which is a good idea we got some strawberry flavoured ice cream and it had more flavour less sugar and no artificial colours yet it was better then normal ice cream and healthier.

Burlington IKEA. Whether it’s for a quick shopping trip, a complete home furnishing, or just for lunch, IKEA really does have it all.The store is well stocked with lots of knowledgeable staff.Plenty of parking.Currently there’s a discount warehouse/ tent set up in the parking lot with lots of cool finds. If you enable text updates you can really get some great deals. Black Friday free shipping for IKEA Family members…Cafeteria- Always clean, lots of pleasant staff tidying and clearing away trays. The breakfast eggs could use some love - but everything else is grand.Checkouts are all open, quick and at least 5 staff waiting to help at all times.

I always enjoy my visits to IKEA and my experience at the restaurant was no exception. The fish and chips and salmon, were absolutely delicious! The service was also very fast, while the food was great overall, I wasn’t a fan of the vegetarian meatballs.

I love IKEA. There is something for everyone. The upcycle section is a great way to repurpose items and parts that would otherwise have little to no use. And they are deeply discounted! Staff at this location are exceptional and very friendly.Just wish it were a bit closer to Guelph!

First time to an IKEA. Got dragged there by the wife, but actually it wasn't too bad. Very interesting store layout. (If you're thinking I got lost in the store then yes, you're right). However, despite a large numbers of shoppers, the place didn't seem too crowded. Very bright and spacious. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

I recently ordered furniture from IKEA.ca, totaling around $1,000, including delivery. On the scheduled delivery day, however, nothing arrived. Additionally, when I contacted customer support, they were unable to locate my order number and asked me to call back later. Upon calling again, I was simply told to wait. The following day, I received a notification stating there had been a mistake with my online order, leading to its cancellation. The message included, 'Accordingly, your order was cancelled and we took the liberty of refunding your payment onto the original method of payment used. You should see the refund appear on your statement within the next 5-10 business days. We recommend trying to book a new order over the next few days as we regularly re-stock our warehouses.' This experience suggests that IKEA has a practice of withholding funds for up to two weeks, which I find unacceptable. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.Update. Today is November 27, still waiting for the refund. It is a pure scam

Over the past few months I have gone through the process of designing my new kitchen with Ikea. The design process was easy and user friendly!Today is the big day that the cabinets arrived at my house. When the truck arrived, the delivery driver opened up the back of the cube van and there were boxes scattered all over the back of the truck. The driver informed me that it was the last load of the day, so there was nothing holding the items in place anymore so they had fallen all over the place while driving. He told me not to worry, they were IKEA boxes so nothing would be damaged….While the delivery team unloaded the boxes, I noted two damaged boxes with damaged parts inside. One piece was an upper cabinet that had a panel completely snapped in half. The other was a piece that had the paint chipped off.The driver informed me I needed to call IKEA and report these damaged items in order to get replacements for install. I proceeded to do this.My call was taken after waiting in cue for approximately 20 minutes. The IKEA representative informed me that I would need to return the damaged boxes before a replacement would be sent. She told me in some situations they send out replacement items without returns however the damage I was reporting wasn’t significant enough for this. Considering my cabinet panel was completely snapped in half, I’m not sure what type of damage would trigger this response…The rep told me that the earliest they could process everything was October 21st, which would delay my kitchen install by approximately 3 weeks! The other option I was given was to drive to Burlington from Cambridge (1.5 hr +/-) to return the damaged items and pick up the new ones. I advised her that this would cost me about 4 hours of my time (not including time spent on this call) and fuel to commute there and back. In this case, I thought it was fair that I was reimbursed for the efforts. The rep offered me a delivery refund ($60) and a gift card for $80. I did not think this was sufficient enough considering my costs were around $300.My cost assessment can be broken down as follows:My time: $50/hr*4hrs=$200Fuel costs: $100 per trip too and from storeBelieve me, I don’t have time for this with the weekend warrior renovation I have going on but am willing to find it to avoid delay. The rep told me she would not be able to compensate me this much. Fine, I get it, this is not a small amount of money and may be above her signing authority. I asked if I could speak to her supervisor regarding the issue after it became apparent things weren’t going anywhere further.Initially she dismissed this request, saying I needed to give her a reason to go to her manager. I explained I was not satisfied with the options I’d been presented and needed to escalate this issue. After debating she eventually caved and put me on hold to go talk to her manager… When she got back to me, I was told that her manager required I open all boxes and inspect all items in the delivery to advise if there was any other damage. For perspective, there are 70+ boxes in this delivery with multiple pieces within each box. I was told that if this was not done then the original options would still stand but if I did I might be able to get more compensation??? I didn’t understand this…Considering the cabinet installer still needed to come assemble and install these cabinets, and the high likelihood that this would result in missing pieces, I declined her strong arm request to make me do this.At this point I asked to speak to her manager directly and was told her manager would not talk to me. This was when I gave up.I declined the offers and informed the rep I would proceed with dealing with the issue with someone else. She thanked me for calling and asked me to complete the customer experience review to discuss how our call went. This felt like a slap in the face…Running out of characters in this but, after attempt #2 and another hour on the phone I finally was able to speak to a manager who set up my replacement for this weekend

Everything was perfect until today. Kitchen design and purchase, delivery was all 5 stars. Made a return earlier in the week for pieces we didn’t need and one piece that was dented and scratched, again flawless. Contractor got to the final panel which was the last piece of the pile delivered and of course corners were damaged, tried to return and was told they don’t return damaged product. Panel looks like the delivery person dragged it due to weight and height. Could totally understand if we did the pick up of materials but this was delivered by IKEA. Called IKEA Canada customer service, sent them the same pictures and they agree it looks like it was dragged. Still waiting for a call back

Have been searching for the right display unit for a while now. Wanted something, primarily glass to show off my Star Wars Lego Collection.Seems like nice displays have become a thing of the past. Until I came across IKEA. Found exactly the style I was hoping for.Decided that since it had been over 15 years, I'd take a full tour. When it came down to it, I found so many household items, I would love to have. The prices are unbearable on many of the items I liked at.In the end I only purchased the display I initially went in for. (Actually, bought two). Upon returning home quickly began assembling. At step 5-6 I ran into trouble. There are a few diagrams will the base legs, indicating a pattern. The diagram was not specific enough and I was just unable to proceed. For about 30 minutes I tried and tried. Finally, I gave up and called customer service. This is where they lost one star. The representative was helpful, calm and pleasant. The trouble is/was none of the parts had part numbers so there are no replacement parts available, only full return/exchange. They expected me to pack up the box and return the full item. I do not drive (had a friend drive) so, for me this was not an option. The second option was to drop off at a FedEx drop off. Again, two large boxes are not possible to carry, not a chance at dragging to FedEx. After a bit of explaining my situation, the representative made arrangements for a pickup. However, this would take two-three weeks. Definitely, far too long. Then after they pickup, the new drop off would be another day. After being disappointed by the long delay, I managed to do some DIY and made the shelves work.In the end the displays are up and look fantastic. I was able to fully build both units alone. The instructions said it requires two people but the second is really only holding glass in place while the first adds screws. If you are careful, do not require two people.I would recommend IKEA for anyone with limited space. They have a lot of design ideas to really maximus the space. When I can, I plan to buy a third unit. Look great, little trouble assembling, price was reasonable. ($299 per unit)

???? ????, ??????? ????????IKEA Burlington is a fantastic store with a wide selection of products. The large size and diverse range of items available make it a great shopping destination. The ample parking space is a big plus, ensuring a hassle-free shopping experience. The restaurant seating area impressed me with its lovely decor and ample seating options. However, during my visit, I encountered a drawback: the long lineup at the restaurant, which was quite disappointing. The weekend rush was understandable, but having only 2 express lanes open at the checkout resulted in a massive queue, making the checkout process slow and inconvenient. Despite this setback, the overall experience at IKEA Burlington was enjoyable, thanks to its extensive product variety and comfortable restaurant seating area.

The chopsticks I wanted were discontinued and the only ones left were glued to wooden display stand. The staff were really nice in helping me then but the ones working at the cafe near the exit didn't see the red light on the ordering touch screen which meant that I needed help. I waited for quite a bit before giving up and starting again. The veggie dog I bought was really good on a better note, worth every penny

Absolutely stunning and huge store. Make sure you have at least 3 to 4 hrs in your hand to visit this store. If you are just browsing then 2hrs are enough but still you need 3hrs to see it properly and get through all the deals going on . Make sure you also have an idea what you would be looking for even if you are browsing and carry a measuring tape, you will receive one there but it's better you will have one with you.Click pictures of the ones you like the most so that if you need to just have samples with you that would help to make decisions about your purchase. The store is spacious and has elevator to go on top floor. You can also find resturant inside the store. The food is ok not that great but hotdog and yogurt icecream was really great.Staff is friendly and you get ample of space to park.Must visit and look for good deals.
