My ring was created using old family stones and I couldn't be more in love with it. While the sentimental meaning holds the greatest value, the ring itself is absolutely stunning. I was nervous about bringing in an old ring and having it created into something new, while I knew it was possible, I was nervous about the price and the experience itself having known nothing about jewelry. Paul was introduced to me through my brother in law as he had made my sister's custom engagement ring. After meeting with Paul I informed my boyfriend that he was the person I wanted to make my ring. “It was such a great experience, it was Madona that helped me, but I have been into this location several times and I think all the staff that works here are all great.
I ended up back at this location because of a terrible experience at another location and she more than made up for it.
She got the pieces out that I wanted to see and then she prepared it for me to actually look at it which was great and then she went above and beyond and cleaned both sets of earrings for me to try on. Because I already knew what I wanted to see, and she was so good at hearing me, it was such a quick and simple visit
