“Looking at the most recent views I am shocked. I went in to the store on Sunday afternoon, desperate to locate a ring I wanted to exchange for a smaller size. I called ahead and spoke to Amelia (I believe that is her name) She was able to locate the size and ring, and placed it on hold for me. Once I got in the store I was greeted and helped very quickly. I had also brought in some older rings that have seen better days. The employees were wonderful and ended up replacing both of my old rings that had defects. It was all in all a painless process. They don't cheap out at Swaroski like other jewelry stores. They stand by their amazing warranty.”

We came in soon before closing and Dahlia patiently went through all my picks with us, explaining the advantages of different types. Once we selected a set, we placed an order for later pickup since my size was out of stock.Unfortunately, within 6 hours of pickup, my ring was crushed by the car's seat after it fell onto the track. We came back in the next day intending to buy a replacement, but Dahlia was kind enough to exchange it free of charge.10/10 for customer service, a rare thing to find these days.”
