“Mother's Day is coming up,and I visited three jewelry stores looking to complete a set for my daughter's and grandaughters. I asked if they could wrap the jewelry in my own boxes for a nicer presentation, but ltwo stores refused because of store policy. At CHARM , Frances completely changed my experience. Not only did she help me find exactly what I needed, but she also beautifully wrapped all the boxes and even took the time to rearrange my jewelry in the boxes I brought. “I have been to this jewellery store many times in the past to get a battery replaced. Recently, I had an older watch that needed a battery. They replaced the battery on site, but the watch still didn’t work. There was something wrong with the mechanism itself.. I was told that it would take perhaps a couple of months before they could repair it as it may be difficult to find parts, and could be they may not be able to find the parts. It took a couple months but I have my watch back and as good as new!! Thank you so much fine touch jewellers!!”

“Admiring my ring at my desk today and realized I hadn't yet added my review.
My ring was created using old family stones and I couldn't be more in love with it. While the sentimental meaning holds the greatest value, the ring itself is absolutely stunning. I was nervous about bringing in an old ring and having it created into something new, while I knew it was possible, I was nervous about the price and the experience itself having known nothing about jewelry. Paul was introduced to me through my brother in law as he had made my sister's custom engagement ring. After meeting with Paul I informed my boyfriend that he was the person I wanted to make my ring. The experience was a 10/10, his professionalism, honesty, and overall kindness made this an easy decision. He then worked with my then boyfriend to make my ring a reality and it ended with a beautiful proposal! The ring speaks for itself, a dream come true. “It was such a great experience, it was Madona that helped me, but I have been into this location several times and I think all the staff that works here are all great.
I ended up back at this location because of a terrible experience at another location and she more than made up for it.
She got the pieces out that I wanted to see and then she prepared it for me to actually look at it which was great and then she went above and beyond and cleaned both sets of earrings for me to try on.
