Similar to my experience with JYSK at Oakville, even the burlington staff didn’t seem to care much about customer experience at the store. Not very forthcoming about helping us out with finding what we needed OR suggesting alternatives when we approach them.
They seem to be just doing their job for the sake of doing

Rude Manager or assistant manager. Not sure of her position. But definitely having her representing a business is huge failure to any business.
I purchased an item from Oakville branch and was told it's not a final sale and can be returned to any branch. Item did not work for me and I went to return it at Burlington location. She said this is a final sale but I will make an exception and return it then started yelling at me as if it was my fault . I asked her to stop yelling and be respectful and her answer was that she will call the police if I don't leave. What an unstable person to hire.
