“I want to specifically recognize and defend the staff at this Winners location. Today the store was extremely busy, and despite that, all available cash registers were open and employees were working efficiently, calmly, and professionally.
It was disappointing to witness a customer directing frustration at staff who were clearly doing everything possible. The team handled the situation with patience and respect. Customers should remember that employees are people, not targets for misplaced anger.

“The place is great and I don't get the ridiculous negative reviews. I have purchased there many times and sure you can go to home depot and talk to some clown who yesterday worked in the paint department and end up going back 6 times to get the part you need. Or go see knowledgeable professionals who take one second and provide you the exact part the 1st time.
The friendly comment I got a laugh out of, they are always friendly and welcoming although they don't jump up and treat you like a prince just walked in. I am there for a part or fixtures which is always met with knowledgeable expertise and the good morning is a bonus.
If you want expertise and the part you need once, this is the place to go. If you want someone who doesn't know what he/she is doing and go back ten time's them knock yourself out.”
