I went to La-Z-Boy Burlington on a recommendation from a major sleep company! And I’m so glad! I met Beth and Tracey (and have a followup design consultation next week!). I’ve picked a couple of pieces that really resonate with me. I’m a long time fan of the brand having owned a recliner from the late 80’s until recently. And that was paid forward because it’s in phenomenal condition still. Cannot recommend the brand or this particular location enough. Very knowledgeable, attentive, patient and really fun! And the selection of home furnishings is beyond compare.

I share this 1 star AFTER many many interactions for 1 purchase 1 year ago. I made purchase, spent over $6k, waited 2 months for the couch but they delivered only half of the couch and in the WRONG colour. Okay so they come to take back the couch and give me the correct colour, again only HALF of the couch. I wait months for the last section. Just when you think not more can go wrong, the couch starts ripping at the seam, they send someone to come “stitch it” and it comes apart within 1 hour. Okay so we think the nightmare stops there? No. They now order a new part, I have to personally go get it. Guess what? It was the wrong colour. So I wait months again, and again I personally have to go get it. How can a company mess up this much within 1 purchase? I keep asking to escalate because this is a big deal and lots went wrong and was told no, the $100 we have you is enough. My gas and time to go back and forth alone is more than $100. And guess what? All these mistakes took 1 year to correct and guess what? Warranty is only 1 year but I’ve only owned the new part for a day and the warranty is up. I brought this up and they didn’t care. So I went to them to make it right before coming here to share - please do not give them business when they do not have proper ethical behaviour and poor quality product. It’s not okay what I went through and it’s not okay how they handled the errors.

We had the best service here! Our sales person Leslie was knowledgeable, friendly and responsive in helping us find what we were looking for. Our interior designer, Tracey, did an amazing job of creating a beautiful space for us in our small & challenging living room. They both went above & beyond what we ever expected. It was an absolute pleasure to work with them. I couldn’t recommend this team more highly!

Excellent experience at La-Z Boy recently! Beth was so friendly and helpful. She spent a lot of time with us making sure we were happy with our choices. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured. Along with interior designer Gina it was a great experience all around, and excellent service!

Beth was very friendly and helped us find the right couch and ottoman. She answered all our questions and helped us make an informed decision. Staff in most furniture stores try to push too much to buy their products but here it was different. Overall this store has great collection and knowledgeable staff

We have been on the hunt for new Reclining Sofa & Chair for quite sometime & visited all the major Furniture Stores. We met Lana Jarvis a few weeks ago and after at least 5 visits & reviewing many sets with Lana, made a decision today for Trouper set. Gotta say, Lana is a star Sales Lady. Easy to get hold of, very knowledgeable, thorough, fun to deal with and I believe she genuinely cares for her customers. This will be our 4th set in last 6 years & Lana has been our best Salesperson ever!! If you go to Lazy Boy, ask for Lana, you won't regret it.

Lana was absolutely wonderful, listening to our needs, our design aesthetic and taking us through several options that spoke to our vision. She was patient and thoughtful and not at all pushy. She also put into motion a very important design consultation which ensured our choices would meet in every specification the space of our family room, the colour palette of our reno so that everything pulled together seamlessly. A highly worthwhile spend of time. Lana also took great care to ensure available discounts and options helped to fit my overall budget.

La-z-boy in Burlington, ON, has more display than any furniture store. All colours you ever wanted, high quality gorgeous furniture, but, what really struck us is the customer service. The best ever customer service, makes you feel like VIP. Beth Hudson is an incredible person, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, she goes way beyond anything we ever saw. Myself and my children received the best ever service we had, (and we went to at least 7 furniture stores). Beth will give you the experience of a Hollywood Celebrity and understand your every need. Tracey, their designer, who worked with some famous people, will give you the experience you never had and design your home like home of the stars.Thank you amazing team!!!

Absolutely amazing experience! Can’t say enough about Lana and Tracey they understood our family’s needs and had an eye for our living space and decor. They made our living room a wonderful and inviting area to spend time with family, so much so that we came back again for our family room! Looking forward to using them again!

Amazing customer service!!! After months of shopping for our new home we popped in here and we’re greeted by Wendy, she set up an appointment with herself and Tracey for a consult to help decorate our two living rooms!! The service we have received so far at this location was above ANY other furniture store we had been too! Happy to have made our purchase and can’t wait to receive it!!! Will keep you posted how delivery goes but so far we are pleased with the help, kindness and expertise of the staff that helped us! Tracey nailed it with colours and the space we had to find the right stuff and Wendy was amazing since the moment we walked in the store!! Took her time was not pushy and did not rush us!! Kudos LazyBoy!! Amazing service :)

My wife and I went to la-Z-boy in Burlington to test out some sectionals for our space. As soon as we walked through the doors we were greeted with a smile. As soon as we mentioned what we were looking for we were taken back to the clearance area where they had exactly what we were looking for. After purchasing our new sectional we were able to set up delivery for 4 days later. Upon delivery our sectional was missing an adjustable leg, the delivery men made a note of this and within 2 weeks we were able to have the service guy come out and reinstall the missing leg. Everyone who has helped us from start to finish has been excellent to deal with!

So much for a lifetime warranty.Yes they've covered the parts but the servicing through this location is atrocious.We paid for servicing (labour) to have it repaired. Fair enough. Except the service person representing La-Z-Boy didn't do the job properly.Within days we knew we'd have to have it repaired again. Their service person wouldn't stand behind his workmanship so we had to pay for it to be repaired a second time.And yet again, after two repairs it was still not repaired properly. It was very annoying, in principle, to think about having to pay to repair the SAME THING three times. But I couldn't throw something away after just paying to have it repaired. Twice. So we reluctantly paid to have it repaired a third time! And you guessed it. Almost immediately it was clear that again it was a sloppy repair. And again he won't stand behind his workmanship. I've called the store but they wouldn't do anything.Three repairs. One broken sofa.

assistance and service at the store was excellent and I was able to select a new model that was in stock, so only had to wait a few days for delivery. Happy that the summer sale was on! Couch is extremely comfortable and delivery service was great.
