Organized, but as usual, employees block aisles to get their shelf stocking done - overtime is quite obviously frowned upon.
They could be a little more accommodating: park carts to one side insteadof middleof aisle; give way to customers instead of cutting in front of them; smiling...

The availability to order Wines/Spirits, accumulate points and have the option to either pick up or deliver for a charge is a no brainer. The security and accounting process has never been an issue. Highly recommend especially during Christmas shopping.
