I had a highly embarrassing and uncalled-for experience at this LCBO. When I walked in with my daughter, one of the staff members—a young lady with highlights in her hair—kept giving us unpleasant looks. The selection wasn’t great, but what really upset me was what happened at the cashier. My daughter had my wallet in her pocket and went to hand it to me, but the cashier assumed I was trying to have a child pay for liquor. They even got the manager, Kyle, involved. Instead of handling the situation reasonably, they refused to serve me and turned me away in front of other customers. It was completely humiliating and unnecessary. Never in my right mind would I have an underage child buy liquor. This was beyond rude and absurd, and I will never set foot in this LCBO again.
Thank you, Kyle, and the girl with the highlights—whose name I will find—for a very terrible experience.

Great selection and service. They have wine samples on Saturday. Vera was very kind and explained the selection to match our preference. Parking can be tight, the parking lot seems busy on weekends.
