Sharks. My wife went in to get her winter tires put on. This is an $80 job tops and she walked out with a $680 bill. She dropped her car off and they called her 10 minutes later with all of the additional service they thought her 2018 Mazda needed. They did not tell her how much the additional service was going to cost. They called her again several hours later with even more work they suggested. At that point, she asked how much it would cost and they had already spent $600 . When I went in and spoke to the service department they tried to pretend like they did say up front how much the additional service was going to cost. Bottom line, they sold unnecessary services to someone who didn't know any better. I'll adjust my review if Leggat wants to make this right. Merry Christmas.

These guys sold me a used Toyota Corolla which had a piece of cardboard duct taped to the heat shield in order to stop it from rattling. When I brought the car in they told me it would be $640 to replace the heat shield and told me it wasn't delivered in that condition. Do not go here to buy a car.By the way for anyone reading their response I bought the car from them in August and the heat shield apparently rotted by November. Seems weird that a heat shield would rot in 3 months.

They made me visit twice in vain, such a waste of time and effort. I had my transmission module changed here, and on my way home, the indicator light started to flash, I contacted them, and the girl there dismissed my complaint and told me that I just forgot to change the front light to auto-mode...which was not the case at all. I argued, and she said she wouldn't take a look at my car unless I had a video of the flashing, which was very difficult to obtain as normally the flashing happened occasionally during driving. After a few weeks, I finally found a chance to shoot the video, made an appointment, and only to be told AFTER arrival that I needed to pay $185 for them to just look at it. This is ridiculous! First, the issue started after they touched my car, so at least they should take a look at it. Secondly, even if they had to charge me, they should let me know before visiting, so I could decide whether to come or not, instead of wasting my time driving there and back. I left and found a local garage nearby, checked my car for free, and fixed the problem for $120. That's how one should do business.

The team at Leggats Mazda in Burlington are fantastic! Brought my parents CX-5 for service, everyone from the service staff to the technician working on our vehicle were 10/10. Very knowledgeable and courteous. I will definitely be recommending Leggats Mazda in burlington for anyone looking for a vehicle or to get their vehicle serviced.

My daughter brought her first vehicle from here and what a horrible experience it has been !! The drivers side seat when moving back and forth makes a loud screeching sound and when she looked at it she was promised if she brought this car it would be fixed when it was ready for her to pick up !! It was not and two years later it is still it fixed !! All she wants is for her seat to be fixed as she was promised as if she had known this she would not of brought this vehicle !! Very bad experience here !!Another reason not to buy from here their response is not true !! My daughter was promised this seat would be fixed before she agreed to buy it and that it would be fixed upon picking it up and it was not !! Ryan has been very rude on the phone and I have now contacted Onmvix and filed a complaint !! They never replaced her seat as they said it had same issue and said would keep looking for one ! I have all the emails from Kelly promising her seat to be fixed !! I would never buy from dishonest people as they replied making themselves look good !! Don’t be fooled !! I am even reaching out to a guy who worked for a tv station in hope she will get a new seat !! She does not wants a gift card she wants her seat to be fixed just as she was promised as she would never of brought this vehicle !!

We are very happy with our decision that we made back in Jan 2023. Our CX5 for my wife was delivered to us in March 2023. Sales team is very nice and very friendly (thank you Lloyd).Recently we went through first oil change and we were treated as well in a very professional way.Definitely already recommending this dealership to family and friends.

Put a deposit on a car and called a few months later and was told my car was going to be delivered at the end of June. I called at the end of June and was told they never had a delivery date and that I should consider buying a more high-end model because it might come sooner. I was told the manager would be in touch but they never bothered to call. I did get my deposit back but wasted 4 months waiting for a car that was never coming.Edit: in response to dealership response, I am not upset about the long wait time. I’m upset that I was told a delivery date was set, and then when I called close to the delivery date I was told no date had ever been set. I was never given an explanation as to what happened. I was told it would be looked into but no one followed up. I was told the manager would call me, but never did.

I got my brakes done a year ago at this mazda dealership.Time goes by and the brakes are not feeling right, something felt wrong. So I go to Canadian tire to get a quick oil change and ask them if they could look at my brakes. They bring the brake pads out and show me one had grinded done to nothing and explained that it was improperly installed. Due to the damage that the pad had done the brakes needed replaced. It was one year since mazda had replaced them with 25000k on my brakes.So I took the brakes parts back to mazda, they said that Canadain Tirelied to me and gave me the wrong brake and denied they were mazda brakes. He said that he worked at Canadian tire in the past and said they are all liars there.So off I went to Canadian Tire to question them about mazda's accusation. Canadian Tire wiped off the dirt from the drake pad and revealed the mazda stamp.Back to mazda I went and showed them the stamp on the brake pads and they still denied it was there product knowing full well that they had installed my brakes a year before for me and the mazda stamp on the pad.How on earth could he deny that but he did?Long and short is I am out $700 because of Mazda's incompetence and dishonesty.Thank you for your response. My brakes where fine except the one that wasn't clipped in properly. As you would know both sides needed replaced needlessly.

My car's AC had a leak. I wasn't told I had to pay for the initial inspection. Thry said it would be reimbursed. I was told it was under warranty.I dropped off the car to have it fixed after they submitted to the warranty department and was approved.I came by to pick up the vehicle and was told I owed $345!!! I was not informed about any extra charges by the advisor. I will not be going back to Leggat Mazda Burlington. Extremely unhappy.

I put in a order in which was supposed to be delivered in 6 months. The 6 months passed and they said that the salesmen doesn’t work there anymore and had not put my order in (I was in constant contact with Kelly, the salesperson though). They did not offer any apology or another mean to solve the issue. Mentioned that I would have to another 6 month. Requested my deposit refund and will never deal with them again. The order was put in Apr 2022 and the refund was requested in Nov 2022. Salesmen was Kelly.
