Delivery was excellent! Courteous, professional and prompt (as per on time delivery notice) .However, the lack of customer service we received from the Stone Church Road, Hamilton location after the purchase was VERY POOR! Starting from the sales associate (told us sofa was in stock, 2 weeks for delivery, wrong ) to the manager, Gabe (never returned our phone calls, rude , unsympathetic, aloof). After purchase (and 2 weeks later), we inquired about delivery date. We were told it wasn’t in stock, would be at least an additional 2 weeks, they didn’t deliver on Mondays, they needed a full truck before they could deliver, and so on. So, after an unsolicited “logistics lesson” was given to us, we voiced our concerns about the wrong information provided to us and ask for the manager to call us. We waited 2 days, no return call. We decided to go back to the purchase location where we spoke to the manager (Gabe) who had an “I don’t care” attitude and she made no attempts to rectify their error. “Nothing I can do about it”.We originally went in to purchase a mattress (which we picked up in Burlington, no problem) and noticed the sectional sofa . After being told it was in stock (by sales associate) and delivery would be in 2 weeks, we then decided to purchase. If we had been told it was not in stock, we would NOT have purchased the sofa. And now, we will most likely , never make a purchase at this Leon’s again.

We are very happy with our latest purchase! The staff in the store (Hamilton Mountain) were friendly, and the delivery guy was very professional and super nice. He took care of our item! I would recommend 100%!

I was impressed with the delivery staff. They removed their footwear at the foyer and were able to expertly manoever the full size refrigerator down a semicircular stairway without damaging anything. Our hardwood floors and drywall were unmarked.
