I was very happy i came here today ,as i needed to purchase some casual dress pants. Greeted by a friendly hello and asked if further help was required. Also surprised by a sale on that item. Will be back again! Salesperson was great! Thank you!!

Very impressed by the customer service and experience I had at this store with Chris C. He helped our grooms and groomsmen find suits we loved, and was very respectful and professional with the whole process, and went above and beyond. We didn't know what we wanted when we came in, and Chris helped us figure everything out. He also helped us find some fantastic deals. Definitely will return to this location.

Great sales staff. Help my grade 8 son feel comfortable picking a suit. Helped with colour and design ideas. Fitting and sizing were easy. Way better then out TipTop Tailor experience.

We visited this location yesterday for tuxedo measurements for my wedding this summer and were kindly greeted by Zoe she was very friendly and did a great job measuring the boys up.

Go to store for good quality reasonably priced men's fashions with a focus on office and business wear. Huge selection of suits, sports jackets,dress shirts, ties, etc.

I visited this location in July 2022. I went in to buy a blue suit, they had my size in stock and I bought it. Therefore in terms of product I have no issue with this location. Selection wasn't great but they had what I needed.That being said I felt that the staff here were incredibly inconvenienced by selling me a suit. My only criteria was a blue suit that fit, my request could not have been simpler considering they only had two suits to show me. The store was dead quiet but staff acted like they had just been through hell and back. They were talking smack about past customers in front of me and were generally unfriendly.I get that everyone has occasional bad day, and working retail sucks ,but I'm coming in to spend $600+....don't make customers feel like bad people.

The experience my partner and his groomsmen had, was terrible. It was like we were an inconvenience to the sales staff. There was about 7 individuals from our party, including the groom looking for suits. We thought it was would an exciting experience - the groom and groomsmen getting their suits, and instead it was the worst experience we've had in all our wedding planning. It took a while for anyone to acknowledge us. When we were acknowledged, we got brushed off and told to look around. Our salesperson then kept taking on other clients who came in after us and we had no way of asking questions or getting any help, measurements, etc. When we did ask questions, we never got straight answers but we did get a dirty look like we should know their rental/purchase procedure and not ask questions? We were ready then and there to buy suits but we will not be going through this store. The customer service was terrible, and this is just the tip of the iceberg of our experience.

My now-husband had a horrible experience renting from Moores. The staff offered confusing guarantees as to when his rented tuxedo would arrive - we were verbally told 3 days before and the receipt said 2 days before. As it happens, his tux did not arrive until the day before our wedding at noon - too late to order any replacement piece if the fit was incorrect. He picked up the tux, tried it on, and took it home … but the staff neglected to pack the white tuxedo shirt. His best man was forced to run to Moores the day of our wedding, but instead of simply sending the missing shirt they sent him back with 3 random options none of which were a tux shirt. As a result we have no getting ready photos of my husband with his groomsmen despite planning for this. My father’s suit was also not delivered until the day before, and one groomsman had his pants arrive 5 sizes too big. I do not recommend their rental services.

The problem was “fixed” however I am very disappointed in the flagrant disregard for the emergency / immediacy this problem was for me.I ordered a custom suit for my wedding, the service I received from Zoe was phenomenal went above and beyond for me and really was a ????, when the date of arrival for the suit came no one called me, I called the location and they were like oh yes it has come in when will you be here.Go for my first fitting all went smoothly, was very excited told I would be notified once all the tailoring would be finished (wedding is now about 2.5 weeks away.). Again the day they said I’d be notified came and went and I had to do the calling.Go in for final and pickup there was a guy sitting in a chair at the back on his phone, I thought he was a customer. So I introduced myself to the woman who clearly worked there said hi here to pick up my suit, try it on and there’s a stain… so 1.5 weeks till my wedding there’s a stain, lady takes it to the guy in the chair hey there’s a stain oh okay uhh sure we can try and fix it see you Monday. (buddy in the chair was the store manager Dan)I again have to call… I go in few days later than monday and still a stain a different manager from appleby store George. Let’s me know he cannot do anything since Dan is the manager at the Fairview location but he will leave a note for Dan to call me the next day. Again I have to do the follow up go in talk with Dan I was very angry at this point and he was not very sympathetic to my issue, especially since I have them ample time to fix the issue, he gave me the suit and a replacement the stain is still there and the guy told me he does not want my business for the tailoring.I’d never buy another suit or article of clothing from that store, it was some of the worst customer service I have ever received, I did get what I wanted in the end but the attitude towards me and the lack of support or even compassion is what is making me write this long winded review.I now have 1 week to the wedding I have one suit with and stain, one suit not tailored and a very stressed out bride.Go see George at Appleby and drive and wave at Dan as you pass his store.

If I could give zero starts I would've done it.Worst customer service I ever had in my entire life, the young guy was treating me and my husband as garbage same with the manager who wasn't even looking at us chewing gum and talking down to us....Am a respectful nurse who was treating in the most disgusting, disturbing, disrespectful way ever....The manager shouldn't even be dealing with animals nonetheless humansAm furious, frustrated, and extremely agitated of the whole experienceDisgusting place
