Explanation on how to get a guaranteed refund:Placed an order for herbaland pre workout gummies online. 5 days later, they still didn't ship, they removed it from their website, I email them and they say oh sorry we are waiting on shipment. Herbaland doesn't have any. You don't have any. Why are you even selling it online if you don't have any? Why do I need to contact you to ask about my order? You should have emailed within the first couple days and issued a refund. Horrible business practices. Hoping I would forget the order. Ridiculous. I work in e-commerce, I know what tactics businesses use. If they don't have it in stock, they don't refund the order because many customers will forget that they even placed the order. If you emailed them and they didn't respond, don't get upset, file a chargeback with your credit card. They actually get dinged for it and have to pay a bunch of extra fees to the card processing companies.

Ordered 3 weeks ago, at first recieved no updates then after calling a man answered and said to expect an email indicating shipment within 24hrs. The email came and Canada Post site says a shipping label was made but that was almost 2 weeks ago and the product still hasn't been shipped and now I am unable to reach anyone at the store via phone or email (emailed customer service but no reply as yet). I wanted to support a Canadian business over Amazon but at this point I feel ripped off and cant recommend.After posting this review I recieved a phone call apologizing for the delay and an explanation that they had run out of stock. Another shipment was sent and received a week later. Might be helpful to call the store and see if your product is actually in stock as their online store doesn't seem to be accurate, or if you live in the area maybe just go directly to the store.

I agree with others on their online ordering system. If you get your order quickly consider yourself lucky! This was not the case for me. I reached out a month after my order and not receiving any updates. They ended up refunding me my order minus 1 product which they did ship. Though I did have to follow up on the refund as well.I think they are a well intentioned company but lack resources to run it efficiently. They are honest so I’d likely shop there again but I’d go in person next time.

I'm in the US and was amazed how fast my order came. The price was better than what I generally pay for this product as well. It is a Canadian product so I went looking to buy it straight from Canada. I used to buy it on Amazon but will be buying from Natural Health Garden going forward and will take a peak at what else they sell.

Price listed for the product was good, free expedited shipping was promised, however, like a previous review, my order has not shipped after 7 days with no updates from the store. The product was not listed as "out of stock" on the website, so with expedited shipping I would have expected to have my product already. As it is, I've emailed the company asking for my order to be cancelled and will not be dealing with them again. I don't know if my item is out of stock, or just not processed, but if out of stock, it's not hard to ensure that websites reflect product availability.Received a fairly quick response from the store cancelling my order and giving me a refund as requested. I think they can clarify their shipping policy. It states that most shipments are next day, however their email stated that "our standard fulfillment timeline encompasses 2-3 business days for order processing". They also ran into stock issues with the product, but no updates were given which led me to request my refund.

Unfortunately my experience so far ordering online with this company is not good. I placed my order and had no updates whether or not it had been processed for 3 days. After reading reviews I became concerned, so called customer service. He answered right away and told me to keep my ear out for an update within 24 hours. An additional 3 days went by so I called again. After calling several times the same man finally answered (when I called from a different number) and told me that there was an issue with stock on part of my order. I told him that if he wasn’t able to tell me an estimated delivery date that I would need to cancel the order because I was running very low on my supplements and would need to shop elsewhere. He told me he would look into my order and call me back. Unfortunately I haven’t received a call back yet and no additional updates on the part of my order that has been delayed. Additionally, no one is answering the phone, or has replied to the email I sent over a week ago. I would love to support this company, however do not think the are equipped to handle online orders at this time. I am not sure if it is a supply issue or staffing issue. Either way I am super disappointed and do not know how to proceed. If you need supplements with any sore of urgency whatsoever, I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere. I will update this review if anything improves, but hope this review prevents frustration for someone else in the future.Update:After posting this review customer service immediately reached out to me. They further explained the delay in my order, and were able to provide me with an estimated delivery date. In addition to receiving my order, I was supplied with an extra complimentary bottle of the vitamins I had ordered. I am grateful this company took the time to remedy the situation, however will not likely order from them again due to delays in shipping and supplier issues.

My order was a quick delivery, and all bottles were securely packaged to prevent breakage. Came to my mailbox through the postal service. Very pleased with ordering from Natural Health Garden.

I ordered on February 14. Today March 22, still nothing. Their online ordering site appears to be a full-blown scam. Reading the comments, it's hard to reach them, so I won't waste my time. I lost $50, Come on, c'est la vie. Look at reviews before ordering from a site. Lesson learned.

They do not answer the phone. They say they will call back in 24h. The website is not up to date, they let you order something that is not in stock and you wait weeks for your order. When you email to cancel your order they ignore you and tell you new stock coming in next week. Ridiculous. Do not waste your time with this place.
