Don’t sell your stuff here you’ll receive little to nothing for all brand name stuff you bring in better off selling it on fb market or kijiji , the staff here makes you feel super uncomfortable with there stares and lack of customer service most likely won’t be back to this location.anytime soon.

Took a lot of care to ensure all items were freshly laundered, folded, and neatly presented in reusable shopping bags..Felt great to clear out all my youngest daughter's clothing & toys, etc.However, instead of having the experience of others, where they were greeted and dealt with kind staff... I found myself in front of a very ignorant staff member who barely acknowledged my presence, except to half pass, half throw, a bag of unwanted items at me across the counter..Not one staff member offered any explanation as to how these items for purchase were selected and why others weren't. I found the task of going through all my daughter's things (clothing, toys, etc) a bit emotional as all those items are a direct link to those growing up memories of my youngest daughter! Maybe i shouldn't be so sensitive,but if i owned or managed a retail location that left ANYONE feeling the way i do right now, they would be fired!I get that everyone has not so good days.. but this kindness is so basic that most children are capable of and adults, well maybe I was raised differently!I will definitely NOT come back to this location.OUAC on Guelph Line, Burlington, ON.*As a side note:The employee who "signed me in" and the employee who "cashed me out" were both very polite to me.I was unable to clearly see ANY of their names on their "name-tags," although you could tell who was wearing one (a name tag around their neck) and who wasn't. One employee (who was not wearing a name tag at all) was especially rude. There were comments/statements made (under her breath/spoken to another employee - behind the cash desk) that may or may not have been about me or my sale, however, maybe learning about social skills, how to interact with customers/public and how certain actions & remarks may be offensive to other human beings, would definitely be an asset!

I was there about two weeks ago - was greeted and assisted by the lovely staff. They were kind and friendly to my daughter (which means the world to me!). They also took the time to explain to me how they select the items and how they price each one. This isn't a random draw of what they prefer to select. All the girls there - Madison, Tricia, Ava, Angie, Emily, Elise, Olivia, Tasha - thank you for your hard work and making my shopping/selling experience there enjoyable!

I’ve been to this location a few times to sell mostly and sometimes buy stuff if ever my kids find something they like. I just went there today to sell some items and when I got home I realized that one of the toys I got back from them (I was selling it) is missing a piece. It was 100% complete without any missing pieces and is in like new condition. I called the store to ask them if the missing shape is there because when I took it there this morning it was complete. The lady on the line said she will check but I heard the lady in the background saying it’s missing the one piece in the first place and they would’ve taken it if it was complete. I am 1000% certain the toy was complete as I brought it in a bag saying I don’t want the pieces to go missing. And the lady in the background says she’s 1000% sure it’s missing. I don’t usually leave negative reviews about places but when an employee insists that they’re sure about something and I know that’s not the case, I have an issue about that. I am not the type of person to lie specially about something like this so this is really aggravating. They should've checked their counters first and looked because there’s no other place the missing piece would be. This is most likely the last time I’ll be going to this location because of this incident. Don’t make people look like they’re liars.

I love this location. The selection and prices are always great. Plus the staff are always super friendly and helpful. Was able to score an amazing deal on clearance clothes and had my own ikea start the car moment. My littles are still small so i haven't sold anything yet but this will be my go to place when they are a bit bigger.

Great items, but really taken aback by the lack of professionalism of sales staff-no welcome, no thank you for shopping here, discussion of personal situations (scabbing piercing??), gossip. We will head to Oakville from now on.

I wish I shopped here when my child was a baby but they’re a toddler now and I’m literally shook at the prices. I found an entire Colombia snowsuit for like $20-$35 I don’t remember the exact price but I was so pumped I had one of those ikea start the car moments ?

I second the experience of other people here. Great place to buy things, horrible to sell. You have better luck selling your things on Facebook market.

I have shopped here multiple times when I am passing by, but my main store is the Hamilton location. I always find what I need and love selling to this and the Hamilton. I love these stores and in the 1.5 year i have been shopping, I have always recommended them.Today was the first time I left this store super frustrated and upset. Firstly, i was ignored at the sell counter while the staff argued (one even swore), about staffing issues between two stores. We all swear, i get it. But my 16month old was sitting right there. Secondly, i was told at check in that my items would be about 30 min. I know it takes longer sometimes and its understandable. At the hour mark, i asked about my items being finished, only to be given a one worded answer of “no”. When i proceeded to ask how much longer it may take, i got an eye roll and a huff of attitude, with the answer of “i don't know” at this point I was so annoyed. Finally the girl, i had checked in with, had a sudden realization, and said she would do my items right then and there. I appreciated that, but the absolutely disgust i encountered today was uncalled for. Its not a store i will be stopping in at anytime soon.

There is a lot there and reasonable prices for sure. I brought some things in to them and they took a few items, the rest they said were 'too well loved'. 7/10 of those items had never been used or worn, so not too sure what they're actually looking for. I'd probably just bring things to a women's shelter over bringing it here in the future.

I have gone to a few Once Upon A Child Centers to sell clothing. This one in particular is a bit more picky on the clothing that you sell - however on the flipside - I do feel that they pay a bit more for the items? This might be a hunch. Also - I feel they generally don't purchase and 'Old Navy' clothing - for that you may want to go to the Hamilton location instead.
