My puppy got his first bed from them. Since then, we have been visiting weekly for foods, toys, and training classes. They restock well. The latest and greatest stock are always on the shelves. The staff are all very kind and professional. Dogs are allowed to roam on leash. They have clean up stations well stocked in case your doggie finds a spot… We love this Petsmart.

Terrible customer service!!
I took my dog there today, September 21 at around 1 pm, for grooming. My experience was very disappointing. First of all they made me wait 25 min to finally tell me I needed the rabies vaccination record, which I understood, went home and back with the record. Then, I had to wait again for another 10 minutes, until the girl came out to check my dog.. after more than an hour waiting, they told me my dog didn’t qualify for the package!! Couldn’t they have told me all that from the beginning?
The girl was rude and didn’t even apologize for having me waiting for that long.?… Well, guess what! there are many other grooming places with much better customer service!

Turns out i didn’t need to write this cuz there’s so many 1 star reviews on the grooming service at this location but ill write my experience anyways and i hope everyone reads this and never goes here. i had THE WORST experience. My dog is anxious and the lady started cornering my dog not even trying to make friends with her my dog was crying and nibbled her finger. There’s a difference between agressive biting and i’m scared biting. my dog has NEVER bitten anyone and had gotten a face groom at pet away just a weeks ago. and guess what at pet away they made friends with my dog then cut her. Anyways she said “ you need to leave you’re not allowed back here” The tone she used i was so shocked i just left and started crying in my car. I called a groomer ( pets n groom) on guelph line and he was amazing he said come in now. I went there explained the situation at petsmart he was SHOCKED how my dog was treated no wonder she nibbled. You don’t corner a dog like that.. anyways my dog went to the new groomer no problem he let her sniff him and now she’s getting her groom. please never take your young puppies here the staff are incredibly rude and don’t know how to treat dogs.

Today was my first and last time at this location. I had booked a Bath & Brush for my dog and we arrived 10mins late. If they refused to take my dog because of the lateness, I’d understand. However, they refused to take him because the groomer was still finishing up a big dog and would not have time to do mine before closing.
I don’t know who I spoke to at the desk but she was incredibly condescending. Anyways no coupon is worth using Petsmart grooming lol

ASM "Summer" at PetSmart was a huge disappointment. She provided terrible service and was incredibly unhelpful. Dealing with her was a frustrating experience.she is the worst & horrible associate or manager I ever seen. The grooming staff seem poorly trained and rude.They handle fur babies very badly.

I went to PetSmart to get four glow fish for my tank, which has been running for over four weeks now. It’s a 10 gallon and it has all the right stuff. I’ve grown up with fish so I know what I’m doing. I bought these four glow fish yesterday, and they all died overnight. One died before I even got it out of the bag! Great customer service and everything, but it really sucks that I didn’t get to give these fish a loving forever home

This store is my home store for all my needs for my puppy. My baby Leaf has gotten trained here by Ben who is incredibly patient, kind and knowledgeable.
We also come here for regular grooming, I think about 5/7 times I have always gotten Willow. The one or two times I didn’t groom with Willow. I have gotten passive comments about him being difficult or biting & being advised to hold his paws more (which I do because I think it’s funny to make my dog hold hands with me). Also the one bath I had with a different groomer, she didn’t even attempt to cut his nails which was truly the reason why I booked the whole session. But each time I’ve asked Willow; she said he was good. It makes me feel like it’s definitely how some groomers approach my puppy.
I definitely recommended requesting Willow, her calm, pleasant demeanour always makes me & my puppy feel safe, he responds really well to her. I also want to just thank her for her patience, and hope her store can recognize all her hard work, and how vital she is in the salon.
