“My family has been counting on Progressive Pharmacy team for all of our medication needs since some 15 years ago after we moved to Burlington from Toronto. The team leaders Samir and Blair have been such wonderful professionals with very compassionate hearts of attending their clients' needs. Sometimes, I would consult to these two gentlemen before seeing our family doctor because she is also good, but very busy. The whole team's attitude towards clients' medication services is way beyond professional. They are simply a very caring team of good professionals. Over the years, I have referred many of my local friends to them.
One key member of their team, Adil is so outstanding beyond words. He is knowledgeable, attentive and caring beyond belief, like a family member. His heartfelt sharing of knowledge, open-mindedness and commitment to help will make you doubtful whether he is a real person in Canada these days. It is my view that his willingness to share his professional knowledge and to attend to patients' concern and need is so valuable.
We sincerely wish that we Canadians should have more of people like him and the team in the coming generations for serving our big and great country. We genuinely feel the warmth from them and wishing them all successful.”

“The staff and pharmacist were truly amazing. I walked in looking for apple juice because my sugar had dropped and I wasn’t feeling well. The pharmacist immediately came to my side, asked thoughtful questions, and used her knowledge and expertise to take care of me properly. Instead of just giving me juice, she also handed me a protein snack to help stabilize my sugar for a longer period.

“My cat had to go to the emergency vet and what he still has, is very expensive very potentially life-threatening. And we couldn't get the meds in time over the Christmas break so the vet was working with their Pharmacy to see if they send it directly would it be any faster to get to me and blah blah blah. The manager called me directly and worked with me to let me know that it wouldn't arrive prior to my follow-up appointment a few days later. I really appreciated the honesty. As well as I now knew that I was going to save a lot of money by purchasing through them after. I've spoken to the manager a few times, a few different touch points for getting more meds and he has always been amazing and goes above and beyond to help get this life-saving med for my cat. They're willing to call you, text you, anything, very easy to get a hold of them. And if the vet doesn't send the script in, they will follow-up asking if I received it as they didn't. Save yourself some headache and ask for every med from your vet to be written as a prescription, and an email copy for yourself to make sure it gets sent to your pharmacy you choose instead. I saved thousands, and I mean thousands $$$ by going with my vets pharmacy - on one single med of the many my cats been on for this disease. Anyone with cats with FIP need to speak with ClearPoint and get in FIP groups on FB. Top notch service over many months now.”
