Its been a long time since I have been in a Rogers store. Both Aqsa and Raymond reminded me of the value of excellence in customer service, prompt, efficient and knowledgeable, they attended to my needs with skill and humour. Stay positive guys I had a great time.

WOW WOW WOW ATTENDING THIS STORE IS A MUST! Aqsa and Ray were so helpful. I have been battling for three months online and other Rogers at the mall with no success.
I attended the store on Fairview and spoke to both of these customer service representatives. They knew exactly what I wanted. Created my plan custom to my needs and were the nicest employees I’ve ever met. Well done Aqsa and Ray you are an example for all rogers employees!! Thank you!!!!

Amazing and Efficient service!! Was trying to set up a new device after losing my phone. I had reached a road block and was told by Samsung I would need a new SIM card. Ray and Aqsa were absolutely phenomenal in assisting me to set up my new device and I kept my existing number. You both ROCK!!!!!!

Usman was absolutely phenomenal helping us set up our son’s first new phone! He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and even went out of his way to chat with our son! I highly recommend Usman at the Fairview Roger’s location for all your mobile needs!

Went to 3 different Rogers stores before this one, all told me different things and couldn’t help me get the new phones we ordered online.
Thankfully Usman helped us get all 3 phones, helped with the plans and made our day! We came in so stressed and he told us not to worry and had it all handled. Usman went above and beyond for us and we couldn’t be more happy. Thank you again!
