been a Rogers customer for 25+ years. been to this store now a few times. never had an issue and great service. this time I would like to say thank you to Natasha. she was A1 super. product & service knowledge was perfect. understood exactly what I wanted and also looked into my account and helped out for future savings.

As a older man, my cell phone stills are limited So buying a new cell was intimating to say the least. From the time Viral introduced himself to to the end of our transaction he was professional polite and informative. Mostly I believed he know he was dealing with inexperienced person and treated me with respect and took his time explaining the phone and it capabilities. Not once but a second visit too.Hats off to Viral and Rogers

Terrible customer service. Went to top up my phone as I've done many times & the guy there wasn't interested in doing anything but play on his own phone.He made up excuse after excuse why he couldn't top up my pay as you go phone & I had to go to another Rogers to get the service done right & without excuses & hassles.

In February, I bought a SIM card for Rogers in this place, according to the contract, it was supposed to be charged 60 dollars a month, even in the application on the phone, in the tariff plan section it says payment of 60 per month, but it was charged every two weeks for 62.15 all this time until October, there are screenshots. Unfortunately I only noticed it now. The guy who sold this package to me and lied so that you would burn in hell. There is a seller in the middle of the aisle, such an island where they sell phones to Indians or Pakistanis about 25 years old. Take care of yourself and your loved ones.

Steven is the guy you need to go to at Rogers! He’s very knowledgeable, friendly and gets you into the right plan/phone! Joshua was there as well and he was friendly and I loved how they bounced ideas off each other. Answered all my questions and had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had getting a new phone.
