I get it can be busy, but you don’t leave people on hold for 20+ minutes at a time then answer it and refuse to speak to them. I wouldn’t be calling and waiting this long if I didn’t need to, and it’s unnecessary when I’ve been on hold for 32 minutes and I can hear employees checking people out but refuse to actually answer the phone. Seems like handling a store phone and customers is too much for this store to handle.
If it was busy and someone had a bad day, I understand it, but answering your store phone and leaving it somewhere so you don’t have to actually “answer it” is just bad.

When I call it says press 3 to speak to someone and no one ever picks up the phone. I’m left waiting 10+ minutes for someone to pick up. Is that standard now? No one wants to answer the phone for questions??

Had terrible experience with sephora first time went for make up for party my make up was done within 30 mins instead 60 mins no eyebrow done no controing no proper blush on didn't finish proper concealer had crease under eyes i asked for creamy eyeliner lady said due to health safety reasons can,t don't she said eye shadow Will work I agree on it then she did terrible eyeliner no tape put on to make nice big eyes nothing was done as I expected then on brown smoke eye there was brown lipstick on who puts on brown eye makeup with brown lipstick as my dress was light pink green and off white dress nothing was done anything closely the makeup artist should know what to put on after showing your dress and what you want on your face till now no body called didn't do anything no compicate nothing please guys don't go to sephora for make up go anywhere but not sephora 60$ for makeup 60mins which was 30mins waste of time and money and I paid 89 dollars i don't no why I tipped her 9$

I am giving a 5 star review for Bruno. He’s the star of the store! He is pleasant, so friendly and his product knowledge is amazing. He helped me with my puffy eyes with Peter Thomas Roth temporary eye tightening serum and changed my life! I always look for him for help and trust him with his recommendations
and tell my friends to ask for him. Came in with my 31 year old daughter yesterday and she was blown away with his customer service and friendliness .
And all he did was ring in a travel fragrance! Thank you Bruno!

The staff at the cashier was very rude. I went to return an item, and she insisted on seeing my ID. The refund is supposed to go back to the original payment method, not as cash to me, so what was she worried about? She said she needed to verify that the address on my ID matches the shipping address. However, I didn’t have my ID with me, and she told me I couldn’t process the return.
Tell me, which store requires an ID for returns? Are you a police officer? I traveled all the way here just to be told I can’t return the item?
I told her I don’t have a Canadian ID, so she wouldn’t be able to verify the address anyway, but she still insisted on seeing my ID. I told her I only have my passport, and she insisted on seeing that too. I have no idea what info she was looking. I feel this was an invasion of my privacy. Then she wanted to see my credit card to verify the card number. It’s just a refund to the original payment method—why do you need to see so many things? The staff even looked at the back of my credit card without my permission! Did I allow you to check it? The back of the credit card has the security code—you can’t possibly be unaware of this.
Is this how your store trains its staff? If my credit card is fraudulently charged because of this, I will take legal action. She is also very impatient just want to serve the next customer. Rude beyond belief!

I got my makeup done for my engagement by Fatima and I loved it! She did an excellent job prepping me with what I wanted. I am very picky when it comes to the detail but she spent her time making sure it was all perfect for me! Definitely recommend her for full glam!

Had more security guards than beauty advisors. Leads to groups of employees standing around doing nothing while others are swamped. Priority should be helping customers who want to buy rather than focusing on theft prevention.

I had the absolute pleasure of having Fatima S. do my makeup at Sephora Mapleview Mall, and I can’t recommend her enough! She is a phenomenal artist with true talent, and her warm, personable nature made the entire experience lovely from start to finish. Really bad customer service! I waited for an agent to be free to ask a question. As she was helping me, another customer interrupted and the agent left me and went to help the other customer. It was very rude and discriminatory. I complained to the manager, and she didn’t care one bit. She didn’t even bother asking which agent. I literally decided to drop the product and leave because I wouldn’t want them to get a sale out of me! Horrible experience at Sephora Maple View mall in Burlington!
