I can't believe Shell gives it's name for this. Everything is old and dirty and you can't wash your windshield because the tools are missing. There's no fluid in the containers. Top of this, they close earlier than others.

One of the poorest shell locations. Went there to fill up the tank in -20c. There was no windshield water even in one bucket of the gas station. Furthermore, no paper for printing receipt outside. Went inside the store and complained about windshield water and receipt. The lady didn’t pay much heed to my complaint. There was one more guy working on the lottery alone and looked like printing his own lotto tickets. Looked like manager/supervisor but he also didn’t paid any attention to the affairs of the gas station. Unlike other shell gas stations.

Unprofessional employee. Tried refusing the sale when checking my ID and couldn't figure out my age even though it said age 19 as of 2017 right on it. threatened me that I could get a ticket for lying

This grumpy ahole. I never seen someone so hurt that a car broke down at the pumps. Tried to force a gentleman to push his car away from the pump. I, his roadside, shows up and he tells me to "piss off" the the car was blocking the pumps and im just trying to give the man a boost. Patel there needs to go home and rub one out, chill out a bit
