My phone service is with Koodo. The only reason why I walked into this Telus store was because they had the colour iPhone I wanted, and I was told they could complete the phone transfer under my Koodo account.
3 days later I got a text message saying that a technician was coming to my house because of the appointment I booked. I found out that somebody at this Telus location had registered me for a Telus home security service. When I was getting my new phone from this Telus location, nothing was ever mentioned to me about a home security system. I never consented to being registered for anything Telus. Someone apparently had a whole account created under my name, and set up monthly billing for this security system that I never registered for and knew nothing about. The date that I was signed up for the home security system was the same date I walked into this Telus store.
It took over 2 hours in total on the phone with multiple Telus customer service representatives to find out whoever registered me actually gave a fake email.
I've been with Koodo for 16 YEARS and have never had an issue with Koodo, especially like this. The very first time I walk into a Telus store, I get scammed. Never coming in here or any Telus store again.

My mom’s been a customer with Telus for decades, and has always had a great experience with them and their service so I decided to switch to Telus too after being disappointed with other service providers. Blake was super helpful, kind and was extremely thorough answering my questions and helping me get set up. He even stayed 15 minutes after closing to make sure everything was good with the new account. I can’t thank him and his amazing service enough!

I just finished my appointment at Telus/Koodo. I had a great experience, and the staff was very helpful and welcoming. I worked with Hassan, and he was really patient through all my questions. He was able to get me a better deal than what I currently am paying at Rogers, and also helped me get a perfect plan for my parents.Hassan was very easy to talk to, personable and didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. He understood that my parents didn't need a more expensive plan and recommended something that was more in my budget.I have been a Rogers customer for over a decade, but the customer service I got here today really made me excited to switch.

Burlington Mall Telus Store (777 Guelph Line)My wife had to transfer her number from her former employer (on Telus) to our family account. Her departure from the employer had been anything but smooth so she was pretty stressed - the thought of dealing with a large company like Telus was not helping. To add to the stress, her number was in the ether as her former employer had the SIM reassigned to a new number by Telus the day before.Let's face it, we have all had the experience dealing with large consumer service providers that leave us not feeling valued as a customer and thinking, "Did it really have to be that difficult?".Enter Quintin!We explained the situation while Quintin listened intently. He asked a few questions upon reviewing our family plan and acquiring the back-end detail on my wife's phone number and within minutes her phone was up and running! I'm making it sound easy but it wasn't - for Quintin. He had to typing-away on the keyboard for awhile and get on the phone a couple of times - and being put on hold - to sort things out while all along, keeping us posted, letting us know this was the process and it'll all work out....and indeed it did work out!It was a great experience and I - we - can't thank Quintin enough!

Was there last week to get my new phone set up. Ash was so helpful and kind. Did everything efficiently and went over and questions I had, and made sure I knew everything about set up, plans etc. He even was so kind to offer us cookies :) thanks for the great service!

Went in for a new phone.. told on phone I needed just 1 piece of ID. Got there, told something different. I don’t live locally so would have to go back home. Ask for an exception .. rude answer: “no” .. it’s okay I went to Rogers, better experience! DONT SHOP HERE! Worst experience

My spouse and I were treated rudely with racist undertones. All we wanted was solution to her data usage which was not functional even though she had more than enough data left to be used. One Angela called the security on us. The security called the police on us. I need to see the camera footage as her tone and disposition was very demeaning... At the end, our data issue was not resolved but had to go back home sad and disgusted

I have switched from Bell to Telus and it was an extremely pleasant transition. The Telus staff at the Burlington Centre, Dylan, Lindsay and Matthew were very helpful and knowledgeable. I have had experience with most of the mobile providers and Telus at this location service has surpassed all of the others in service and product deliverables. Phenomenal
