This is the second Home Depot we unfortunately had to visit during our long weekend Toronto trip due to car problems. We came right before closing and it's your standard Home Depot. Nothing out of the ordinary, it looked very clean, and every employee we walked past greeted us.
We got what we needed and proceeded to bandage our Honda back together in the parking lot.

In general it’s fine here. But other online order pickup is almost always slower than just finding what you need off the shelf.
My most recent trip I went in to pickup my order after waiting 10 minutes I was told the system is down and I need to just go home and come back later. Great waste of time.

Actually the most ignorant group of people I have ever experienced in any retail or big box store, seriously, we all know one customer in an isle is not going to make or break the store but let’s face it if these guys were good tradesman….but they are not, they sure act like they are!!!! IGNORANT

Wonderful puchase experience. We want to replace our old window blinds, but we didn't find proper size for our windows. Roxanne helped us, she expertized a great solution for the blinds, and cut the size and packed for me. When I instralled for my son's room. it perfectly matches.

We visited your store on September 15 2024 and requested for someone to call us to arrange an appointment to measure for flooring for our front entry and kitchen AND paid $60 to book this. We received 1 call only to say - we’ll call you back to book it. We’ve called the store and are told they’re working on it and following up but no one has been in touch to schedule an appointment. Very disappointing.

I just returned a Gallon of Stain that my contractor bought by mistake. I wanted cash or a store credit as i explained because the contactor was uncooperative and GONE!
WHAT HAPPENED? the clerk refunded the contractor cc!
