very disappointed with the service. Walked in with a small wedding party to take a look at suit options. Was told to make an online appointment and everything we grabbed to look at we were told to put back and immediately told negatives and basically why not to look there. Had a lot of nice options but the staff made it an easy decision to go elsewhere.

Teddy is delightful and super helpful. However, don't get your stuff tailored here; I would've paid half as much for the same quality tailoring (or better) at my local tailor, but was told the tailoring was "included", only to find out I had to pay for it after all the fitting was done.

Just picked up my new jacket. They lost my pair of free pants that came from Winnipeg, my 2nd set arrived from Newfoundland, pant we're well travelled, I'm disappointed in your supply chain efforts . I always have liked tiptop., it's not the same anymore, your corporate office should fix things.

The service is so professional and quick! We went in and was asked quickly what we were looking for and for who and the occasion. He was so attentive and knew exactly the fit without measuring! It was so impressive! We left with a beautiful wedding suit for our wedding. We are going to start recommending this place for anyone who is looking for any menswear.

Young man who assisted me was attentive, polite, friendly, and patient. We purchased two of the same item as had Dad's preferred colours. Think these non-bulky sweaters with full zipper and front pockets are exactly what we have been looking for - fussy but knows what he likes and wants. Hoping he agrees with (he was not with us). Good selection. Decent quality at reasonable prices. Will shop here again. Check it out. Think you will be glad you did... and likely leave with a purchase. ?
