This is the second Herman Miller authorized dealer I’ve worked with (I own 2 different chairs). This company aids you by picking up and lending you a loaner chair while they work on your warranty claims. They took a little longer than my first HM AD but they got the job done.My chair came back all fixed and just like new. Thanks Triad team!
