Wish I had checked the reviews first. Make sure you take pictures of every part of the vehicle you are renting. The van itself was great no issues.
Upon returning the rep told me that I dented the van from the inside and I know I didn’t because I had nothing there and I was transporting plastic mannequins. I was charged $150 for the so called damage. Super shady as he went right to the spot when I returned the van. He insisted that the dent wasn’t already there and that it’s too bad for me because I didn’t get a picture of that specific area. He also didn’t have a picture but apparently it’s up to the customer to prove that there was or wasn’t damage there. He didn’t come out with me and do a walk through. The link that he sent me wasn’t uploading so he said, don’t worry just take pictures. Yeah right….so fair warning take pictures of EVERYTHING, inside and out and I don’t mean just a picture of the whole inside like I did. Take a picture of each panel.
He refused to budge and I was left footing that bill. Be warned, stay away!

Super location with brand new vehicles either pick up truck that was spotless. Very helpful guys. Excellent experience overall.

This was the second time I rent from this location, I was very satisfied both times, efficient and courteous service, all my questions answered, vehicle in great shape, and the bill matched the estimate.
Next time I need a rental Uhaul is the go-to brand.

I picked up the Truck with less fuel than what was advertised, and returned it with more fuel than I was supposed to. Didn’t receive a credit. I received a phone call telling me I’m going to be charged an extra day which is find, but then gave me attitude because I wasn’t going to drop it off right away. Communication was extremely poor.

I was given a wrong information that I can drop the vehicle any where and when I did I got charged $300 as a penalty, claiming that I Cann't as per their contract that we all sign blindly.
The employee who gave me the information is new to the company as is called Har***.
I went back to the same location and first asked him can I drop it to any location and he said yes again. the manager was not there at that time and I left a request for a call back yesterday and I'm not expecting it to happen.

I have noticed 4 separate charges to my credit card for a one hour rental of a 19.99 van rental with very little mileage for a total of $105. Won’t be back.

They seem nice and all, but they sneakily circle a representation of the fuel BIG and verbally agree thats already in the vehicle like half way but then say upon return after I filled it half way as he requested, ... that it was almost 5/8th's now, which was another $56 charge. So with that dirty trick WE WILL NEVER GO BACK to this specific, Uhaul dealer and we use UHauls a lot...for now. VERY DISCIPOINTING SERVICE !!!
Or maybe just because I was white and had a very expensive Benz, as he seemed to treat the other Indian customers more favorably.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with U-Haul, specifically with the manager, Michael Holder. From the moment I walked in, the service was subpar.
Firstly, the vehicle I reserved was not available, and I was given a smaller one without any prior notice. This caused significant inconvenience as I had to make multiple trips, wasting both time and fuel.
Secondly, when I approached Michael Holder to address the issue, he was dismissive and unhelpful. His attitude was unprofessional, and he showed no empathy or willingness to resolve the problem.
Lastly, the vehicle I was given was not properly maintained. It had a dirty interior and a malfunctioning air conditioner, making the entire moving process even more stressful.
Overall, my experience with U-Haul and Michael Holder was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I hope U-Haul takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service and vehicle maintenance standards.

Always inspect your rental vehicle before leaving. I didn't receive the dolly I paid for, although I did get a refund. The truck's AC didn't work despite it being 30°C outside. They insisted it was functional and refused to help further. Worst service ever. I arrived early for my reservation but was told the truck wasn't available yet because a customer was returning it. When my time came, they gave me a truck that had been there all along, making me feel like my time was intentionally wasted. Additionally, the truck was dirty and had a foul smell, which made the experience even worse. I would not recommend this rental service to anyone.

This is, without a doubt, the worst U-Haul experience you can have! These guys are such a scam.The staff is utterly untrained and clueless about their roles, leading to a completely disorganized and frustrating experience. Michael Holder, the manager, is the worst of the lot—rude, unprofessional, and a scammer. Not only does he fail to assist with any issues, but he also tries to shift the blame onto you for any damage to their trucks.

Stay away from this place! They’re scamming people by tacking on charges for things you never bought or even knew about. The employees are completely incompetent and have no idea what they’re doing. And don’t bother with the manager, Michael Holder—he’s as rude and useless as they come. This was hands down the worst U-Haul experience of my life!
