Long time repeat customer at the Mainway location. Great staff and inventory always available regardless of whether it’s trucks, trailers or moving equipment. Don’t change a thing.

I've rented a lot of equipment over the years and this location definitely stands out in my opinion.
Obviously your mileage may vary but this will continue to be my go to spot for trailer and truck rentals.
Staff is friendly and don't make you feel like you are inconveniencing them by picking up your equipment (as is the case many other locations).

I had to pick up my truck in a destination that I did not use with only less than twenty four hours notice. Then they told me to drive the truck back to the garage in another different place that I didn't choose Also with no notice.
They offered me a $25 coupon. Which I could not collect because Because I dropped the truck off after hours.
Couldn't fully inspect the vehicle as it was parked next to a wall.Had to drive it away first then inspect it defeating the purpose.

the specialist who worked on December 15th was very competent. he explained in detail to me how to use the car, how to return it if I do not have time to return before the office closes. He explained everything in detail when I called him while using the car, despite the fact that English is not my native language and I asked him several times. I really enjoyed this experience

5 star for this team all the way. We did encountered an issue, quite a large one which was a uhaul error but let me tell you Tracy the manager and her team went above and beyond. This error had nothing to do with their location but they were amazing in helping us sort it out and find an immediate solution. Super understanding, patient, kind, considerate and more. They absolutely saved the day and I will forever be a customer as a result of their action. Thank you Tracey, Jen and Priyan.
