Had excellent experiences with Morgan and the crew at Upper Brant Auto. Very professional and fast with repairs on my vehicle and very quick response time. A man of his word and keeps his promises and provides an excellent service. I would recommend for anybody in the GTA looking for a used vehicle at a good price or professional repairs done on their own vehicle. Definitely will use Upper Brant going forward if in the area

I brought my car to Upper Brant Auto for the first time and was blown away by the experience. The team is honest, fair, and truly goes above and beyond for their customers. Since then, not only do I keep going back, but my whole family now trusts them with all of our vehicles.
I’ve had a safety inspection done, oil changes, and even rust spray – and every time, the work has been top quality. They take the time to explain things clearly, never push unnecessary repairs, and always make sure you leave with peace of mind. It’s rare to find a shop that combines excellent workmanship with genuine care for their customers, but that’s exactly what you get here.

Absolutely terrible terrible service....Lady on the phone is absurdly rude, and replacing parts without customer authorization?!!? What kind of shop is this? Dont go here unless you thoroughly enjoy being scammed and talked down on. What a shameful waste of shop space.

I have been meaning to write this review for quite awhile! We purchased a used car from UB Auto in November. The experience was amazing-the customer service was impeccable through awaiting the settlement with the insurance company for our previous vehicle. They made a potentially stressful situation easy. Nikita was wonderful to deal with. Having driven the vehicle for 4 months now, I can honestly say it is the best used car we have ever owned in terms of performance. We have had zero issues or surprises in terms of repairs. We couldn’t be happier and will definitely look here first for our next vehicle!!!!

We have been going to Upper Brant Auto for 7+ years now and are consistently pleased with their service and expertise. We have had scheduled appointments (ie oil changes) and emergency phone calls (car won’t start) and we always trust them. One time the part didn’t last the warranty period and they fixed it no problem. Very grateful for a reliable, kind, and trustworthy group of people at UBA.

I never compile reviews. 5 stairs. They were honest, went the extra mile and provided excellent service. Crew and management, were friendly and I believe they have been established 25 years or longer.

I have been bringing my car to U.B.A for over 10 years and there customer service is exceptional and the techs who work on my car are great! The pricing is very fair. U.B.A has always informed me on staying up to date with maintenance on my car because in the long it will save you money and it has! Don't just wait until your brakes start to make a grinding noise. Get them checked a few times a years and serviced if needed, I am in the same rotor's for 4 years now and only had to change the brake pads twice! An I drive every day!
