Bought a slow cooker, didnt work. Waste of time and energy. Please, please if your gonna sell appliances, ensure they work!
Edit. Went back to return and they absolutely refused until I made it a big deal! Took 10 minutes of arguing, 1 minute to do the return. Terrible service, terrible manager

I was shopping here at Value Village in Burlington today.
I found the used merchandise was priced pretty high.
Some things were clearly from Dollarama and priced more than new.
I suggest if you are going to shop at this store to be a very educated thrifter or you may feel cheated when you later see the same item you bought new and cheaper.
I didn’t notice until I got home but behind the Showcase counter was a bunch of boxes and absolutely no staff behind the counter offering to show anything. I think it would be nice if you would take the time to unbox items so customers could have a chance to see if it would be something they want or need.
I probably won’t be back for a good long while to this location.

Staff rude. Parking never enforced and the parking lot is dangerous as a result. Garbage everywhere outside. The worst thrift in the region.

I was there to drop some very valuable and professional books. The young gentlemen who received was very polite and humble. I like these types of people for any organization.

Don't visit here, unless u want to talk with a rude manager lollll She doesn't care about your questions, just want to make money. I found a drone in the store, the retail price is 388 or less, but the price in the shop is 499....
.. When I ask about return policy she just looks so mad for no reason. But the employee who help me and wait me for checking the drone is super nice lady, appreciate that, she should become a manager, not that old lady who is rude all the time for sure.
