Was very disappointed in the service I received from the older man with white hair. I was looking to get some help with finding shoes. He walked around quickly pointing and that was the extent of the help I received. There were only two employees but if he couldn’t help me, he should have told me that he would get the woman to help me when she is free. When I saw that she went to help someone that walked in after me, I just left. I’m not going to make a purchase that I am unsure about- definitely not with all the negative reviews about not being able to return.

Bought boots, in the store I was told I had 14 days to return. I was asked is receipt in the box okay.
When I opened the box I noticed the receipt inside said final sale to my surprise. Of course the boots didn't quite fit right and I tried to return within hours. I was told to call the Manager. 3 phone calls before he eventually called me back. Told me I was told I wasn't told 14 days, basically calling me a liar.
The lady working was unhelpful when I tried to return and for the Manager to accuse me of lying is quite incredible customer service.
This household has spent roughly $700 - 750 in there in the last 2 years. They don't care, lesson learnt.

Scam.
I told the guy i wanted to test out the shoes, and that i would probably return them because they felt a little off. He said it was no problem, and that they are returnable.
I go to return to the same guy, and he points out they marked "walked out" on the receipt, and therefore the shoes aren't returnable. Obviously an intentional scam.
This is why no one goes to malls anymore.

Loved the service! It can be challenging to find sandals or dress shoes to accommodate orthotics, but I come back here because I know that someone will help me find the perfect shoe!

I had excellent service from Kathy. She was very attentive and knowledgeable. She measured to make sure I got the shoe size that met my needs. Service was quick and efficient and I got just what I wanted. Thank you!

I bought shoes from here that were 200$ and the heel broke in less than a month. I bought it back to them and they said they will repair it. I kept asking them if the repair was done and they said they will call me back once done. 4 months down and now they say they don’t have my sandals anymore and if they find they will call me. I would never recommend anyone get their shoes here, cannot trust this place.

I would give less than 1 star if I could.The way this store manager treats certain customers verges on discrimination. As this is the only issue I can think of how we were treated. Why he still a store manager is beyond me. Read previous reviews, we should have.They fit and sold my daughter a pair of boots. Told her the half size is what she needed. Failed to tell her not to wear them outside if a return was needed.Refused the return based on that. Blundstone website states 1/2 sizes are wider, not longer. When she called, he repeatedly said you're wrong, you're wrong and hung up on her. Blundstone website states 1/2 size is wider, not longer. Refuses to accept responsibility. Corporate will not respond to emails or phone calls. Being a Canadian company with local stores, that I felt we should support, they are failing miserably. I am happy to update this review if they respond. But you can see they don't even respond to Google Reviews. Cheers.

While Paul is exceptional, I have found other staff unpleasantly superior and rude in attitude and behaviour. I will no longer enter the store unless I see Paul. His presence seems to change the dynamics in the store.

loved the customer service at this location, I was serviced by Paul and he knew everything there is to know about shoes. He was very patient and helped me find the right shoe for my foot. I have wide feet, it's hard to find a good sandal for them and I left the store with 2 very comfortable pairs of sandals. Thank you Paul.

Paul the store manager is very knowledgeable about orthodontics and proper footwear! He is more than just a shoe sales man. He really cares! Great shopping experience!
