the cashiers will try to sign you up for a mastercard you didn't want and tell you its some reward system? then u have to wait 10 days to even get the card to cancel it and pay for ur purchase. called customer service and apparently theyve gotten alot of complaints lol??? maybe do something about that..

Being buying stuff from here. Pretty decent Wallmart…until today. Bought a 8lbs Kohinoor Basmati Rice bag and emptied the whole thing into my storage container only to find a ton of Weevils all over the rice. Wasted $12. Extremely disappointed. Wallmart, please ensure you’re procuring from a reliable source with good storage practices.

I ordered an item online for next day pickup at their photo centre. Received an email it was delayed so I kept waiting despite having chosen this location DUE TO the next day offer. After 3.5 weeks it was still not ready and the only way to follow up is via phone. They said they couldn't find my order and had me repeat the order number they provided me with multiple times before they could even locate it. Fortunately they were quick to cancel after that but I will never use their service again.

We shop here and more recently we had an issue with an item showing a lower price on the tag and decided to purchase it was priced higher in the computer. Clerk who then verified this says it was incorrectly priced the higher price is correct! I continue to believe the consumers are getting thrown under the bus all the time! Fix it and stop nickel and diming us ! Our family spends about %5,000-$6,000 at your store alone a year, is that not enough?

I was looking for a face cream at Walmart and a lovely associate named Sunita helped me out. She showed me a lot of great products and helped me pick the perfect one! She was very nice and patient in the future I will always keep an eye out for her! Great job Sunita!

Walmart are clearly struggling. They can't get staff. They run out of so many things. Customer service is poor. New store designs are not customer centric. Prices are no longer cheaper than elsewhere. It used to be my default store - not any more

OMG, Walmart Canada is full of Indian employees who are SUPER RUDE. Walmart is not giving them customer training rather just hiring them. I have been living in Burlington, ON since 6 years now but nowadays every other day I am coming home with a bad mood. I went today to buy some foundation from Walmart, there are no testers at all. I just picked the bottle to see the Color (very important to mention here I have not opened the bottle) . A lady came running to me screaming “ Don’t touch , don’t touch”. Omg , don’t scream. Say politely, suddenly Walmart is changing a lot and I think time to move in to a better place among better and sophisticated people. Where they talk politely, and more importantly with respect. We do not steal but BUY. Walmart should respect the CUSTOMER.

This Walmart is the worst. They change prices, and when you come to pay and scan an item, the price is higher than advertised. These staff are extremely rude. Last time they tried to change the price and take a picture of the new price to tell me that I’m wrong. They don't follow the policy, and there is nothing you can do about it.

You guys are mistreating your asparagus. I am feeling very bad for the weak and uninspired asparagus collection you have in-store. These are a very special vegetable, the loneliest vegetable, and I will not stand for this!!I understand that asparagus season typically begins in May, but for the sake of the asparagus you have in-store, please store of them correctly. They must be placed upright in a shallow pool of water. You will see a great increase in the health and quality of your asparagus. And I ensure you, if you do just this, asparagus sales will fly through the roof. Thank you for your time and I hope to see the asparagus treated as they deserve going forward.

One of the worst experiences of my life. I’ve never felt more uncomfortable. I understand that there are people that steal and people need to keep an eye out but I was literally being followed by multiple people and it’s not like they were trying to hide it. I was injured by a Walmart employee. I reported it immediately at the customer service desk where I was informed that I couldn't make a report because there was no manager on duty.
I called the 800 number on my receipt and filed a report.. Several days passed with no response from Walmart. I spoke to a manager in person at the store who told me that there is always a manager there. She took my name, etc and said that no information was showing in their system regarding this incident. She said she would look into it and get back to me. Afew days later she told me that security was reviewing tapes from the day and time and location in the store where the incident occurred. A week and a half later I've heard nothing.
I have told customer service about many safety concerns in the store on several previous occasions over the past year or so. I have shown them the pics to prove it. Nothing changes.
Beware if you dare to shop at this store, Burlington South.

Clean Walmart, however, the shopping experience is pretty bad if you're just picking up a few items. They got rid of shopping baskets completely due to the high number of basket thefts. This is the first Walmart I've been in that has no shopping baskets.

Went to purchase some bikes for my kids. We had some bikes my kids are interested in put to the side. A women Walmart employee said u can't do that put all the bikes back and walked away. I asked for her name she ignored me and continued to walk away. Not the way you treat customers. I will be purchasing the bikes from Canadian tire.

I go out of my way specifically to visit this Walmart to make sure to see Tierney in the vision centre, she has been my optician for years and we will continue to recommend her to all friends and family.Tierney treats you with respect and her level of knowledge is quite remarkable.Thank you Tierney for everything you do!
