Waterfront Hotel Burlington offers basic rooms that are clean and have a nice view. The bed is not the comfiest, but the coffee at breakfast is great. Pillows are a bit stiff and shower water pressure can be low, but the location is great and the view is nice. Guests praise the clean rooms, good food, friendly staff, and a lake view that is right next to the park. Breakfast is a buffet with different main dishes each day: bacon, scrambled eggs, sausage, omelette, hash browns, cheese omelette, pancakes, along with juice, milk, toast, bagel, cereal, fruit, coffee, tea, and gluten free bread. The pool and gym are nice, and the staff often make a visit first class. Wedding guests received a free upgrade to a jacuzzi suite and praised the breakfast, staff, clean rooms, and fantastic views.

We stayed 1 night in this hotel and everything was perfect. Large room and very clean.
The additional parking is slightly expensive compared to the over all price (22$ by night).
The breakfast was good enough.

Big open parking lot right on the Lake Ontario. Close to restaurants and shops. Comfy bed and a spacious room while not being very expensive and close to Toronto and Niagara Falls.

Basic room. Was clean and nice view. Bed wasn't the comfiest but not terrible either. Coffee at breakfast was great.
