Update: Came back for a new pair of boots. With the help of Christine (Again), Robin and Connie. They were super helpful, despite dealing with 20+ customers, all from my class in one go. They were quick and efficient and helped me out. I appreciate the great service

I recently went to the Work Authority in Burlington and I was quite impressed with the sales woman Connie, she was friendly informative and made my experience getting a new pair of work boots enjoyable. Connie’s product knowledge and willingness to explain the differences in the types of boots I was looking at helped me make a well informed choice of the boots that I purchased. I will definitely be going back to this location again.

Very, very good customer service. The lady and gentleman that assisted us were friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful. They made sensible suggestions that will make wearing safety shoes more comfortable and options to extend the life of the shoes. No pressure. Just helpful kindness from staff that know what they are doing and know their products. Highly recommend this location for safety shoes and high visibility clothing.

The woman who helped me was one of the best employees I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with. She was so friendly and knowledgeable and efficient. She gave me all sorts of tips on how to know if I had found the best fit, and she encouraged me to walk around the store a bit wearing the boots. Shopping here was a pleasure, and I'm definitely coming back the next time I need steel toed boots.

Went there for a pair of safety boots, insoles and safety pants. The lady that helped me was completely professional! She knew my pant size just by looking at me. Very, very impressed! Thank You!!! The boots are so comfortable as well. I would give more stars, if available!

I just bought my first pair of good quality safety boots! Don is simply awesome! He has alot of experience in construction and paints a very good picture for newbies like me, in order to explain the nitty-gritties in regard to the steel toe/composite toe work boots. I had a great experience and bought myself a pair of kodiaks and they are extremely comfortable. I recommend visiting them in person as its better than shopping online.
